Summary
Shouto’s eyes light up in a way that rivals every star in the galaxy, and the past year falls to pieces. “You’re Katsuki.”
With staggered breath, he replies, “You remember me?”
“Of course I do,” Shouto says, “You’re my boyfriend.”
---
Todoroki Shouto gets amnesia and remembers only two things: 1) his name, and 2) that he's dating Bakugou Katsuki.
The only problem is, they broke up a year ago.

Katsuki hates the cold and Shouto can control his body temperature. It's only natural that he keeps offering Katsuki his clothes. The fact that Katsuki likes his scent so much is fully irrelevant.

“Hey,” Katsuki says, “wanna be my heat partner?”
The classroom seems to freeze behind him, going so still that he can almost pretend they’re alone.
Todoroki, on the other hand, just tilts his head at Katsuki and studies him like he’s trying to puzzle him out. “Your heat partner?” He says, face a deceptively blank mask.

Jon never expected Damian would be the first one to ask to become mates. He also didn't expect that he would refuse.
Needless to say, neither of them is very happy with the resulting state of affairs. But it might take a little bit of outside intervention to get them to properly face each other again and figure out what they really want.
Or, these idiots are totally head over heels but can't communicate to save their lives.

Summary
Mydei pays their bickering no mind. Instead, he turns to the rapidly approaching group of five and says, “My friends, I want you to meet them.”
Hephaestion. Perdikkas. Leonnius. Peucesta. Ptolemy.
Phainon greets them with a smile. Or tries to. He’s not sure it lands. He knows them. After all, he’s met them before, countless times actually—some rare cycles here and there where they didn’t meet their ends early.
They’re friendly if not wary. Pleasantries are exchanged, words of joyous occasion, but Phainon’s mind is elsewhere, off on a different plane of existence.
Because Mydei smells like them, and Phainon doesn’t like it.
Mydei returns from Castrum Kremnos smelling like foreign alpha. Phainon reacts.

Summary
Phainon seems to pick up on his thinly veiled dismissal, his smile falling.
“I—yeah. Yes. You’re right, I’m sorry. Um—”
“Goodnight, Phainon,” Mydei says, a touch gentler, pushing off the railing and heading back to the door.
He can just barely hear Phainon’s soft, “Goodnight, Mydeimos,” before he’s shutting the chamber door behind him.
Or: a mutual, unprompted kiss is left unresolved. Mydei and Phainon aren't quite sure how to breach the subject.

Summary
“Phainon, I have no desire to play this game with you anymore.”
Bewilderment coats his face, “Pardon?”
“You have made your peace back then as have I,” he says firmly, “I am no longer the Mydei from our youth—the one that chases after your coattails for any sliver of your affection. I have a nation to lead now.”
“I apologize that it took me so long to reciprocate—”
Phainon nearly flinches back as Mydei laughs, resigned, “No, there is nothing to apologize for now, Duke Khaslana. The sun has set within my heart.”
In his youth, Duke Khaslana turns down the affection of the Crown Prince of Kremnos, Mydei, with the weight of his duchy and societal norms on his back and in his adulthood, he chases after him with missed summers’ worth of kisses and touches weighing on him.
Will he somehow manage to earn back the prince’s affection or is the sun never destined to rise within Mydei’s heart ever again?

Summary
The emotions of despair and hopelessness, Khaslana feeling doomed to be the only one without finding love, it never came. Only the opposite. Only lines of hope, where his feelings extended beyond his own and mentioned an indirect source, a second person that has never been brought up before. There were doubts, mainly of Khaslana himself, but it wasn’t that kind of song. No, because once the song was over, Mydei realized right away that it had been a —
“Love song. Khaslana just wrote a love song.”
Cipher sounded just as surprised as he felt.
Mydei learns why he should always think twice before being a hater.

Summary
Phainon is starting the last semester of his bachelor degree, all while focusing on his swimming career and being haunted by childhood memories. His coach is sketchy, his mental health is derailing and his sister thinks he’s friendless. Worst of all, he cannot stop obsessing over his mysterious new neighbour.
Mydei has cut ties with his wealthy parents, deciding to open a home bakery with his closest friend. Their business struggles with a glaring lack of customers, which somehow leads him to strike a fake-dating deal with the most infuriating man he ever met.
OR,
When it comes to a complicated past, Mydei couldn’t escape and Phainon wouldn’t let go. The two might be much more interconnected than expected.

Summary
“Then pray tell, how will any mating bite I leave on you be convincing enough for whatever you're planning?”
Phainon said, failing to hide the bitterness in his words. Mydei looked unsure now, his previous bravado all but gone.
“I was going to ask you to bite me every time the mark faded,” He said, so softly that if they hadn't been so close he would have missed it.
A tragicomedy starring two men who don't know how to communicate.

Summary
“I don’t need anything,” Mydei said, hands reaching up to poke around until they wrapped themselves around the taller’s cheeks and squished a bit. Perhaps the most unfortunate part of not being able to see was that he’d have to make up Phainon’s expressions in his head. He imagined the man looked like a dog at that moment, confused and actually pretty cute.
“Mydei?”
“Just,” Mydei uttered, “stay here for a moment. Until I can fall asleep.”

Summary
Nevertheless, if anyone in Amphoreus ever did find themselves on the receiving end of Phainon’s actual wrath, and unless they shared Mydei’s gift of immortality, they probably wouldn’t live to see the next Entry Hour. Probably wouldn't want to either.
Honestly, Mydei wanted to test that theory.
Pushing Phainon's buttons becomes one of Mydei's favourite pastimes.

“I didn’t do anything wrong, did I?”
“You didn’t,” Mydei says, his gaze averting from Phainon. He takes a deep breath, steeling himself. “You did nothing wrong, Phainon.”
“Then… what do we need to talk about?” He watches Phainon take a hesitant step forward. Mydei curses, frustrated, and jerks his head up.
“I think we should take a break.”
(These days, Mydei wonders if he's been living under the shadow of his past self all this time.)

Summary
“It’s called the Deliverer.” Cipher waggled her eyebrows and then lowered her voice conspiratorially. “Only for our strongest customers.”
“The Deliverer is not for sale,” Phainon interrupted from the counter.
Mydei blinked between the two of them in bafflement; Cipher looked like a cat that had caught a particularly fat canary, and Phainon looked like he wanted to throw himself over the counter and through the windows.
mydei: dildo seller, i am going into heat and i need your largest dildo.
phainon: you cannot handle our largest dildo.

Summary
“I shall refine my skills and prove my worth,” Phainon decides eventually, voice hard like he is afraid that anyone would challenge the claim. His eyes blaze as he stares right into Mydei’s soul. “I will surpass you, leaving you no choice but to watch my back.”
As he plays the words over in his mind, spoken like an oath, Mydei realizes he would have possibly done something very foolish were they not surrounded by his men. It should be concerning, the way he is drawn to Phainon so thoroughly after meeting him just now.
He is suddenly struck by the feeling of resemblance, recalling the tale of his parents he had heard so often from Krateros. Didn’t his mother challenge the King, proving herself a mighty warrior? Didn’t his father fall in love with her right then and there, rendered immobile by her strength?
or; Mydei might be a great many things. But among them all, he is still his father’s son with his weak and foolish heart.
