So he presses her face to his chest so her tears soak into cotton. He'll wash it when he gets home. They were his tears anyway. He caused them, and he always cleans up his own messes.

She flinched slightly as she felt hands in her hair. "See, that's our problem." Gojo's voice rang in her ears as Geto petted over her back. "No one's going to make our baby afraid of anything." He said, laughter lacing through his words. "Suguru's going to call Shoko to come sit with you while we take care of this little problem, okay?" Gojo prodded her, leaning forward to press his forehead against her head.
Geto's hand moved to wrap around her back. "We'll be home as soon as it's done." He mumbled, his thumb rubbing over her ribs.
