"Are we interrupting something?" a mellow voice with the vaguest hint of a French accent asked with noticeable amusement. Damn spies and their fucking quiet ass walking. Sure enough when the two looked up they found the Port Mafia's only two French members standing in front of them in clothes splattered lightly with blood, Paul lingering slightly behind his husband, deep loam brown eyes glaring daggers at Osamu that the brunet gladly shot back.
Chuuya pulled Osamu's hand off his mouth and stood up to accept the two quick kisses that Arthur pressed to his freckled cheeks. "Not at all. Hey Beau-frère, Grand Frère.". Arthur smiled, patting Chuuya on the cheek as if he was a child. "It's so nice to see you, Chuuya-kun. Sorry it took so long for us to return, there was a bit of a complication.".__

Summary
Most people who met Dazai for the first time might describe his desire to find a dragon as somewhat of an obsession.
And as if that wasn’t concerning enough on its own, the initial worry about this unusual interest tended to grow into horror the moment they found out why he was so desperate to find one in the first place.
Dazai Osamu had a death wish.
A death wish he hoped to fulfil by asking a dragon to kill him.
It wasn’t that unusual of a goal to have, in Dazai’s own humble opinion. Plenty of villages were being plagued by dragons; why would theirs be any exception? If the inevitable was going to happen sooner or later anyway, he might as well make the most of it.
Of course he’d know all about it, considering he originally came from a village burned to the ground by one of the vengeful creatures.

Or: Dazai makes it his life goal to find a dragon that'll kill him, and learns that sometimes the things we seek are much closer than we think, albeit not always in the way we expect.
