She couldn’t breathe, couldn’t blink. She didn’t want to.
She’d never seen anything like it. Girls who weren’t hiding. Girls who were powerful, adored. They looked like stars, but they moved like humans. Beautiful ones. Bold ones. Free ones.
On the way home, Rumi barely spoke. Her body was still buzzing.
“I want to be like them,” she whispered in the dark car. “I want to do that.”

Summary
Finding themselves somehow as humans, the Saja Boys are granted a second chance, a chance to redeem themselves and face their pasts, with the support of the Huntrix girls. Will they be able to overcome their shame and flaws, or will they be condemned to the demon realm forever?
______She thinks about the Saja Boys, about Jinu, feeling her chest thrumming again and she smiles gently knowing that while she’ll never forget him, she has to continue doing what she loved.
“To Jinu, for helping me see how much more I was than my patterns,” She begins, both of her friends squeezing her hands.
“And to wishing that the Saja Boys could have just one more chance, to do the right thing.”
She doesn’t know why she says it but it feels right, they all open their eyes looking at each other, Zoey and Mira saying nothing about the ending but they smile.

Summary
One six hour rehearsal has tensions higher than ever, leaving them all, sans Jinu, slumped against dead trees and gulping down only somewhat clean water. Jinu has been tense the past few weeks, unhappy with the lack of progress. Romance gets it but after the day they’ve all had, he’s not feeling very sympathetic.
Baby all but downs all of his water in under thirty seconds before pulling it out of his mouth with a pop and announcing to the other three of them, “I’m going to kill him.”
Romance groans, head tipping back. “Don’t kill him. He’ll take months to regenerate. Then all our work will have been for nothing.”
“I’m thinking about it.” Baby glares down at his water bottle like it has personally offended him. “If I hear him say we need to put more heart into it one more time, I might not be able to stop myself.”
(Or Jinu needs to teach four demons how to sing and dance like professionals, both before the Idol Awards and ensure they get Gwi-Ma’s support in the process. A look into how that might’ve gone.)

Summary
Jinu opens his eyes to a ceiling he hasn't seen in months. He's in the demon realm, which is impossible, as he distinctly remembers dying.
Yet, he was in the past, months before he had even suggested his plan to the demon king.
With the sudden ability to silence Gwi-Ma's whispers, Jinu starts to plan for the Saja Boys debut again, but this time with a very different goal in mind.

Rumi finds her fondness for the demons growing as she gets to know about them. As her and Jinu's relationship slowly develops over their time together before the Idol awards and Gwi-Ma's final showdown she finds herself questioning the nature of the demons more and more.

Huntrix finally managed to successfully defeat Gwi-Ma, trapping him for eternity with other demons after the Idol Awards. But is this really the end? How come others can see Rumi's tattoos, the dead seem to magically come back, all while demons are still bringing trouble to everyone?
