“Do you want to know a secret, Eri?” Deku smiles again. “Kacchan is my favorite, too.”
Or Katsuki makes it his business to befriend Eri, and realizes he has a lot in common with this traumatized kid.

A third smile factory.
As you can guess, this is a Corazon lives One Piece story.In writing, things always come in threes. Would Doflamingo really not be smart enough to have a spare factory? He may be arrogant, but that arrogance is earned. I personally believe that Law was the reason Doflamingo stepped out of his old trade business (Human shop) for the more lucrative smiles. Why else would Law be at that auction?
Doflmanigo will always have a plan B.
As far as his brother went, he really was going to leave him to die in the snow. That was his plan, till he realized that the man could be of use. Who else would know the whereabouts of Law? Not only that, but he needed to learn how to stitch his organs back together somehow. Wouldn’t it be better to keep his brother alive? That way he would be able to wipe the smile off of the man’s face. What would Rosinante think when he sees Dressrosa fall, and Law work as a puppet in his hands? He dropped his brother in the medical bay with a smile.

The light overhead isn't from Minion island's overcast sky but instead a steel plated ceiling shining down fluorescence, glass and plastic bottles rattling on shelves against the walls. Everywhere there's monitors and familiar machinery and the distinct tang of antiseptic, sharp beyond the memory sense of blood and snow. For half a second Law looks at it all very blankly and thinks, What The Hell. Is he dreaming. Is he hallucinating. Is he just plain dead. His sight-line completes the rotation of this impossibility to fall upon speckled jeans and a long sweeping coat. And the man standing in front of Law has the blankest expression Law's ever seen. And the man standing in front of Law has Law's father's face.

The kid approaches them cautiously. Law’s Haki is still frustratingly quiet and useless. It is a young child without a doubt and as the kid gets closer they see that there is a knife in his hand. Glinting slightly as the torch light hits it at an angle.
A child? In this forest that has been dead for so long. It makes no sense.
It makes even less sense as the kid steps into the light surrounding them and Law notices that the child is wearing a familiar spotted hat.
Law finds himself staring at himself.
Or, at least a version of himself from almost twenty years ago.
The Strawhats happen upon a peculiar treasure map that leads them and the Heart pirates to an island that is surrounded by black mist, an island cast into an eternal night. However, they are not as alone on the island as it first seems.

Vegapunk’s creations are beyond comprehension. Even his failed inventions can be leagues beyond comprehension. This is important, and dangerous.
In short: Corazon had one last mission. He wanted to grab the kid and run the moment he heard the name D, but he had to wait one more day. Who knows, maybe this failed invention would help him cure Law.
