Young male tiefling – age unknown, twenties – with severe sharp force injury to the chest… Patient has lost consciousness; intubated and bagged; in VT, going into VF. Established IV to the right forearm; given two potions of greater healing and 100mg of suude before VF, currently waiting for shockable rhythm before we try another potion. No signs of curses or poisons. Again we are fifteen out, any questions or orders?

Summary
Exhausted and out of spell slots, half of the Mighty Nein are trapped underground with no way out until they take a long rest or are found by the rest of their group. Caduceus uses his final healing spell on an injured Caleb, not realizing just how severely hurt he himself is from the tunnel collapse.
During this time Fjord comes to the realization that he may need to have a conversation with a certain firbolg cleric about the concept of self-worth...that is, if the rest of the party find them in time...

I-- you should go to the Grove, Caleb said. Beau and Yasha are already there. If you can spare the time… you should go.

Caduceus always thought, growing up, that he was a crowded person. He contained multitudes. He woke up every morning in the same bed as Colton, and when Colton grew too long for their bed the Clay siblings spent a merry week making blankets and pulling woollens into a sort of a nest, pillows, old clothes that no longer fit, and all four of them slept in the same room. It got emptier.
It was Caduceus and Clarabelle left, when Colton and Calliope had gone. They used to hug at night, head on the same pillow, and Caduceus would think: I am a crowded person. There is space in me for multitudes.
And then he was alone.
