Buck physically manhandles him so that he’s looking in the right direction and discreetly points towards the aisle.
“Are those little helicopters hanging off the pews,” Buck asks in horror.
Eddie is equally horrified, for the record.
“We’d never have something that trashy at our wedding,” he says without thinking.
Buck freezes next to him. “At our wedding?”

“When I was a kid, my friend’s grandma had one catch fire while she was using it,” Eddie blurts out. “Is that what you want to happen to us while we’re sleeping?”

Summary
This fanfic takes place in the next summer right after the first one they spend in Gravity Falls. (2013), Dipper and Mabel come back to Gravity Falls to spend time with their family and friends (and grow way closer with unexpected people). Maybe they thought that once Bill was gone they'd have a more peaceful summer, unless... more mysteries and new awakening feelings get in the way.
Or basically Pacifica has to live in the mystery shack to escape the fate of her parents. How's that going to turn out now that the Pines are back?
The POV alternates between Dipper and Pacifica every chapter.
Currently updating whenever I have the time but at the very least 2 chapters a month!!

“I need to know who the guy you picked was,” Kamala says. The furrow between Bruno’s brows deepens, and she knows he is not following what she is saying. “At the party. I need to know who he was.”
Bruno makes a face. “Why?”
Kamala fidgets, tapping one foot against the ground, weighing her options. She could tell him why, and try to ignore whatever look he has on his face when she says it, or she could lie and spare them both a certain level of embarrassment.
But, she cannot think of anything good enough to tell him as to why she is hunting down the guy from the closet and surprise attacking him outside of his class.
“You have to be cool,” Kamala says, holding her hands out in front of her like she is trying to soothe him the same way she would an animal. “Like, cool as ice.”
“I don’t know if I like where this is going,” Bruno says, fidgeting with the strap of his backpack. “Just, spit it out, Kamala.”
“It was, like, the best kiss of my life,” she says, then cringes, “and I have no idea who it was, and it’s driving me crazy that I don’t know, and I need you to tell me.”
