Naruto shook as he stood. This can’t be real. He made the release sign to dispel any genjutsus and blinked when nothing happened. He reached out with his chakra and felt his old anbu guards nearby.
Naruto rushed to his balcony and whipped the door open, a bird startled and flapped its great wings as it flew from his apartment roof. Naruto inhaled deeply with his head tilted back as he looked out over the dimly lit Konoha. It smelt and looked so alive. His eyes began to water as he gazed up at the hokage summit and that’s when he took a step back in shock.

You had heard stories about the infamous Task Force 141 well before being offered the position. An elite group of individuals tasked with defending the Nation at the highest of levels- It was an honor you never would have thought of receiving until just a few weeks ago.
However, your first mission entailed you being dropped into the middle of a swamp and forced to march through an endless onslaught of heavy rain and gnats. This introduction had left much to be desired.
On the bright side, maybe you could use this opportunity to get to know your equally soggy Lieutenant just a little bit better.

Summary
Tommy Innit knows what he is. A hybrid, an orphan, a dirty street rat. Apparently, that's what everyone around him can identify immediately, but he'll never really know what they see. See, instead of his face, any reflective surface displays short visions of the near future. So he has a vague idea of things that will happen in the next few days, big whoop. He doesn't care to use it for anything other than finding his next meal and knowing the weather.
Until his collection of shiny objects starts showing images of an attack on his hometown. A bloodbath led by the rulers of the nearby Antarctic Empire, who take quite an interest in discovering how Tommy knew about their surprise conquest.
tl;dr - Tommy Innit can see flashes of the near future in reflective surfaces, and SBI think he'd be very useful to their Empire. Tommy is not convinced.

The royal family of Antarctic empire isn’t exactly close.
Emperor Philza is always occupied; Tommy hasn’t seen Techno in months, and even if Wilbur is here, their relationship can be described to be strained at best.
The royal family doesn’t need to be close, however, it only needs to be balanced, like the pillars holding the country above their heads – as long as they are strong and steady, the Empire will be too. It’s the principle that held Tommy’s back straight and his shoulders broad through the years of hardships and trials of errors; through yet another formal meeting where his father’s gaze would look past him and where his brother’s words would be filled with poison that makes the deepest parts of his soul ache.
At that time, Tommy couldn't know that his family would find a replacement for him in the face of a commoner boy named Ranboo.
