Everything plays out exactly the same, with one small difference: Zenos, in the body of an Elezen resistance fighter and making his own way to the battlefront, is a step faster.

A smile curls across his lips, and your eyes snap back up to catch his. “To the victor go the spoils, as they say. ‘Twould be remiss of our brave hero,” the word catches in his throat, “not to claim her prize.”
