Summary
Rufus Shinra tried to seize his father's empire and lost. Now he is a prisoner in his own house, cataloguing betrayals and calculating a second attempt.
Rae Shirogawa took a placement no one else wanted because it put her inside Shinra's psychiatric services—and one step closer to the man that killed her mother.
Neither of them is what the other expects.
A slow-burn study of power, grief, and the people we become when no one is watching.

Summary
Have another chapter of my coffee shop Caleb series because it is finally complete. The timeline for this is right after the Polar Night banner, just before the Passionate Upload set of events, so nope, nothing spicy yet. Just Caleb and MC banter as they finally go on their lovey-dovey date. Enjoy!
Best enjoyed after reading When Will We Do The Same With Our Hearts.

Summary
You were good at being overlooked.
As a conference room coordinator at Shinra Electric Power Company, that was part of the job: keep the coffee hot, the meetings running, and make sure everyone who stepped into your meeting room had everything they needed.
Then the newly appointed Vice President returned to Midgar. Cold, calculating, and seemingly bored with everything around him, Rufus Shinra had a habit of noticing far more than he let on.
Unfortunately, so did you.
What happens when two people who notice everyone around them start noticing each other?
For those only interested in one thing, chapter list with anything ‘mature’ will be updated as I go.

Summary
Born into a bloodline older than Gallia itself, Lucius gi Randgriz was meant to inherit a crown. Instead, he lost everything. Forced into exile under the name Noctis Lucis Caelum, he leaves behind a kingdom, a past, and a name that should have died with it.
Years later, war returns to Gallia. As Squad 7 rises to defend their homeland, a foreign paratrooper officer enters the battlefield carrying a past buried beneath duty, silence, and a name no one is supposed to remember.
Noctis didn’t just come back to Gallia. It's where his story began.

Summary
A very small alternative universe where Shinra is dependent on a counterweight: the media. The President knows that, despite his military strength, public opinion could bring him down at any moment. Therefore, maintaining a positive image is crucial, and above all, not losing ground in the polls.
In this world, Shinra faces a formidable adversary: Cosmo Canyon. The discourse surrounding Planetology is beginning to spread among the population, and Shinra will have to repair its image.
You are a Planetologist, and Bugenhagen has sent you to Midgar for two reasons: to be his spokesperson to Shinra, and to ease tensions caused by an emerging group, Avalanche.Bookmarked by elysiumtales
