Summary
When Kim Hongjoong's grandmother dies he solely inherits her house. On the first night after he moved in he found out there was someone living in the basement. It was a binding contract that cannot be broken until the other tenant decides to leave on his own. Park Seonghwa was irritating and an unwanted presence, but he was kind and seemed to care a great deal about Hongjoong. He knows that his best friends, Jung Wooyoung and Choi San, were sick of hearing Hongjoong rant about him but he couldn't stop himself.
That's beside the point. Something was different about him. His daily habits, the way he spoke, and the manner in which he moved about the house. There was nothing normal about this man. Hongjoong is determined to get to the bottom of this encounters more than he ever wanted. Good, bad, and borderline insane.

even later, when seonghwa returned to the dorm to shower and change, when his skin was damp and the bathroom still had steam on the mirror, he was still thinking about it. how easy it had been to get carried away at the slightest hint of mutual feeling from them. how easy it would have been, to grab hongjoong, to pull him close until their bodies met, and how seonghwa would never let him go after that.

Summary
People joke a lot about Hongjoong and Seonghwa's dynamic resembling the one of a married couple. Even ATEEZ member's joke about it. Hell, even Hongjoong and Seonghwa themselves joke about it.
But they don't think people are actually aware of how true those jokes are, to some extent.
Or: a serie of small moments where Seonghwa and Hongjoong acted -and felt- like they actually were ATEEZ' members parents.

Summary
Jeongin was taken in the middle of the night from Haven Penitentiary. He knew where his kidnappers were taking him: District Nine. The place where dangerous and magical individuals all hid, and the place where they'd kill him.
At least, he thought District Nine was the dangerous place. That was until one of its residents asked him why he'd been chained to his bed during an evacuation.
[Or, Jeongin is taken and finds himself questioning his protectors at Haven Penitentiary when the people at District Nine prove themselves to be connected to his past and surprisingly hospitable. Oh, and there's this really cute guy named Hyunjin there, too.]
