Except, when he moved to New York, thinking he wouldn't have anything to tie him down aside from a place of a business, he found himself falling in love with Anthony "Angel" Genovese, an omega who's Daddy was the highest man in the Genovese crime family.
He knew he wanted it all and him, and he would stop at nothing to do it.

Valentino decides it's time to make some adjustments to his contract with Angel. And hey? With Vox wanting to go to war with Alastor, and Angel already friends with those losers in that tacky hotel, why not use that to their advantage as well?

In the last month before the Extermination, Angel takes on new risks to protect what he’s gained over the previous five. Building a relationship with Husk, an unexpected decline in his relationship with Val, his friendship with Cherri Bomb transforming, and somehow a deepening connection with Vaggie - all hold so much of his focus that with Heaven's threat looming above them all, Alastor's obsession with freeing Angel from Valentino barely distracts him.
Since Alastor does his best work behind the scenes, it might be too late by the time Angel wises up.

Angel feels himself breathe steady again. Sweet talk he can do. Easy. “Well, if it’s a sweet treat ya lookin’ for, I bet I can be of assistance to ya, Smiles.” Adding a flirty smile for good measure. The other’s eyes light up with something unreadable. Angel stills for a second, feeling like he’d somehow fucked up on the first line.-Or-
Valentino had been Angel Dust's everything. His lover, his abuser, after a couple years love begins to feel more and more like a contractual obligation and hope seemed far out of reach. Things seem to get a little bit brighter when a chance encounter with a deer sinner leaves him with feelings he hadn’t had for years. Angel just hopes he doesn’t drag Alastor into the web he’s woven for himself.

Vox spearheads the project with the promise that he'll run positive news coverage about the hotel, Velvette will host fashion shows in the hotel, and Valentino will shoot porn in the hotel. But Valentino has more interest in Angel than doing what Vox has told him to do.
