Admire them from afar, always at a distance, because if you bridge that gap, the expectations you have built for years will shatter. Your world shifts on its axis, and nothing quite makes sense anymore.
What then, is one supposed to do, when a person becomes your idol after you meet them? Beomgyu wonders idly, as he gazes at a laughing Yeonjun from the opposite end of the practice room, if the universe has an answer for that.
Right from the beginning, Beomgyu is afflicted by the deeply idol condition that is otherwise known as falling for your bandmate. It being rite-of-passage, however, doesn’t make it any easier. This is the story of the learning curve he charts as he wrangles it.
