Summary
"Only eighteen months later, the war was over. No clear winner, and then B. Zuka was no longer a hero, but a deserter. And Hyperlaser- for that truly was his name now, not the silly nickname his old (dead) friends had given him- was Blackrock’s finest sharpshooter. That was when the merc work started."
A brief look at Hyperlaser's past, and B. Zuka's role in it.

Summary
[The cafe owner sighed. “Skateboard,” they started, “what the actual fuck.”
“Uh-,” replied the inphernal in question, “I can explain?”
“This had better be the greatest explanation I have ever heard. A dead body in my storeroom is a food hazard, idiot.”]
People really need to stop bringing injured inphernals into the storeroom of Slingshot's cafe. Bloodstains are hard to get out of the floor, and the health inspector wouldn't approve.

Summary
“I just got a very good idea,” they say, their green-gold eyes bright and scheming in a way that makes Wato wonder whether he has to hide a body. He’s not done it before, of course, but he’d probably be good at it. First time for everything and all.
“F5?” Wato prompts, and Ken shakes her head, too excited to even smack them playfully for the joke.
“No, Wato, go out with me,” Ken insists, and grins at the sight of Wato sputtering.
