"I'm leaving," Plato says, his voice as unfamiliar as a stranger's. "I don't know where, and I don't care, as long as it's far away from here."
Jim and Judy exchange a glance. There's still a little lipstick smudged at the corner of Jim's mouth, and Plato wants to tell him, but the words die on his tongue when he sees the expression on his face.
"We're coming with you," He says, tone allowing no room for refutations or protests. Plato's mouth open and closes like a fish, and he has to make an effort to clamp his jaw shut.
"We are," Judy agrees, face screwed tight with determination. "We won't let you go by yourself, Plato."
He looks into both of their faces, and he's not sure which of them he wants to kiss more in that moment. Both of them, he guesses. He wants to separate himself into two beings so that he can kiss both of them at the same time.
"Okay," Plato says finally, when he realizes they're waiting for a response. "Okay."

I wrote a series of stories for Souyo Week 2018. For one of the days I choose to write a Soulmates AU, and I had several people ask if I could expand it because they thought it was interesting - the premise is that the rumor about seeing your soulmate on the Midnight Channel is actually true.
The alternative title for this story based on a friend's recommendation is: I Saw a Video on the Midnight Channel Proclaiming My Love for My Best Friend, But It's Just a Rumor, Right? (AKA if this were a light novel lol)

I came back with my toilet kit and he was still rambling about how much of a moron I was. He had a point. Only morons break their sweethearts noses. I just stood over him, I wanted to touch him but I didn’t want him freaking out again. I just wanted to hold him and apologize but he glared at me and my heart shattered. "Why the hell don'tcha shut up when I tellya to?" I said sitting down next to him and draping the wet towel on my knee, folding it and unfolding it. Just to keep myself from going crazy. “You asked for it, God damn it,” I said more to myself then to him.
Basically Chapter 6 of The catcher in the rye but from Stradlater’s pov....but Stradlater is super gay and Holden is too! They’re both hot messes! And it ends happily because i’m a stickler for happy endings. I apologize J. D. Salinger.
