He rounded the corner towards the square right in front of the Temple– it was different than before because there had never been a square in front of the Temple.
Obi-Wan froze in place the moment he looked up. His eyes observed the large statues one by one.
Plo Koon, Mace Windu, Kit Fisto– they were all Councillors during the War.
Obi-Wan stood in front of the statues as tears welled up in his eyes. He hadn’t seen them in a long time and these statues looked exactly like them. From facial features and expression down to the way they were seated– as if they were in a regular Council meeting.
“Look Uncle Ben! It’s–” Obi-Wan leaped to Luke and covered his mouth before he could say anything else.
“Yes, I see, it’s General Kenobi.” He hoped the beings whose attention was drawn towards them would move on quickly. “But try not to shout, Luke, alright?”
His eyes left the boy to observe the statue of himself.

Kanan scoffed, “and how can you prove that?”
Before the clone could answer, steps came from behind him, to which he quickly dropped to a knee picked up one of his blasters and pivoted, his back turned to the wall.
“Rex?” The man sounded shocked, like he had seen a ghost.
The clone dropped his weapons immediately and Kanan could see Rex’s complexion had turn pale.
“…Cody?” Whispered Rex, eyes quickly flicking to the Commander’s temple, then higher to his hairline.

Summary
Tup was always used to being the oldest, having the protective urge to take care of his younger brothers in his batch. Until he wasn’t. His batchmates were all ripped away from him on their first mission, fresh off of Kamino. Soon he catches the eye of a certain Captain Rex and others from Torrent squad, but they discover that this clone is younger than the average age of shinies. He was only sixteen.
Horrified by such a discovery, Torrent becomes protective of the teenager. They invite him into their clan, though the young one doesn't trust them much, which was to be expected. They soon find out why that is.
As time goes on, Tup finds family within Torrent and makes friends spanning throughout multiple battalions: from the calming yellow of the 212th to the rough bite of the 104th. Life is as good as it can get while fighting a war until it isn't, and Tup comes to realize the horrible truth: not everything is happy and dandy. Being a teenage soldier was hard. And the terrible secrets of the galaxy made it even harder.
