Summary
A lump forms in Franky’s throat watching this, and a memory comes to him- Iceburg boiling from fever, still heaving metal and wood and clenching his teeth. Himself watching, incredulous, shouts not enough to bring the stubborn guy down for the rest he needs. Tom, smiling as ever, walking up and putting a hand on Iceburg’s shoulder, words easy and sure, presenting a compromise that eventually led him to falling asleep at the fish-man’s side.
Franky always did want to be the sort of man Tom was. It’s worth a shot.

In which Usopp is stubborn, Franky is a bleeding heart, and while the world may be cold and harsh sometimes, there are people who are not.

underrated duo of all time tbh. I loved the scene with them in Franky's old shop/home, but I wanted more, so I took some creative liberties and this happened. if there's one thing you can count on about me, its that I love to make a guy collapse <3

“Couldn’t talk for a month after I got out of that goddamned city. Just clammed up. Started sweatin’ like I was hunted every time I opened my mouth.”
He rolls his shoulders up and down like an ocean wave.
“Figured that was it, I was permanently fucked up. Finally broke something I couldn't stitch back together.”

Summary
Tim is an independent, clever, and super mature eleven-year-old. Unfortunately, his dopey neighbor, Bruce, can’t seem to understand that.
When he decides to disappear on a “solo camping trip” and run away to Canada, he figures it’s the perfect plan that will make everybody happy. He didn’t expect the Waynes would tag along with him and ruin everything.
A six-chaptered tale filled with identity shenanigans, s’mores, soon-to-be-brothers, and a kid who is in desperate need of a new family.

Summary
Zoro goes "missing". Sanji is sent after him, because this is routine and yeah... it’s always him who's going. It stops being routine when he find a trail of blood leading to an injured swordsman, and a forest that starts moving once the sun goes down.
But by morning, Sanji isn’t sure what unsettles him more… the eight-legged creatures in the dark, or what the dark leaves behind.Series

Zoro watched him for a long second.
“…You can faint now,” he smirked. “I saved your sorry ass.”
Sanji shot him a death glare that felt wobbly. “Eat dirt, you fucking idiot.”
Zoro huffed a quiet laugh. Then his head tipped forward.
“…Oi.”
Zoro swayed. And then he just… went down.

Summary
Sanji heals faster than normal humans do. His skin may tear and bruise and bleed, but it does not scar. He breaks easy but he mends quick, to the point where starving for months on a rock doesn’t leave any lasting effects anywhere besides his mind. Countless little injuries on his fingers disappear as fast as they form, his hands unmarred despite his many clumsy failures.
He doesn’t scar. So the day he does, he doesn’t know how to react.
(or sanji knows zoro’s his soulmate— he just doesn’t know if he’s zoro’s.)

“Good,” Zoro cuts him off, suddenly beaming. His eyes scrunch up and his dimples pop up again, a sign of true happiness that Sanji often wishes he could see more often. “Then maybe fate isn’t entirely bullshit after all. Seems like it got us right.”

Summary
Sanji is the failure of the Vinsmoke Royal family. Day after day, they try to beat him into the prince he was born to be, but it just isn't working -- it's never worked.
Then a stolen sword finds its way into the kingdom, the man who owns it soon to follow.
It's going to take one hell of a swordsman to cut Sanji free. And eventually, the Vinsmokes will tire of stringing along such a worthless prince. It's only a matter of time.

Summary
But the cook… that bastard would lie and pretend and stuff his emotions down so far you might wonder if he were little more than a chasm made manifest. Zoro hated that about him — it struck him as insincere and it proved to be a liability more often than anyone would admit. If the damn fool couldn’t stuff it down, it bubbled up like poison and spewed everywhere like a volcano belching hot molten anger as a defense.
But because he was flirty and ditzy and always fawning over the girls, he seemed to skirt the scrutiny that Zoro found impossible to avoid.
And then on the rare occasion the cook would get drunk, everything came spilling out of him like a broken faucet.
This evening was one of those occasions.
No one complains when he gets drunk because he’s silly and sweet, he’s a mess but it’s endearing and even Zoro likes him when he’s this way.

Bookmarker's Notes
Usually he'll be stuck on some pretty girl or Nami, but occasionally, on nights like this, Sanji fixes himself to Zoro like a koala clinging to a tree. When he does, he is all sweet words and whining- both of which drive Zoro a bit mad.
“Oh, there you are!” Sanji coos.
“Here I am,” Zoro replies like he's a toddler who has pointed at the same thing too many times to feign interest.
