Eddie wants so bad to grab his shoulders and shake him around while he tells him; ‘You have me! I’m right here you fucking idiot!’
But he doesn’t.
He just looks at Buck with soft eyes and in his mind he repeats the phrase over and over in the hope it can be seen with a single glance to his eyes.

“What are you doing?” His voice is shaking and barely audible. And Mike’s eyes finally lift from Will’s lips back up to his eyes.
“Something that could be very stuipid.” Mike’s voice has gone all the way down to a soft whisper.
And that’s when he starts slowly tugging at Will’s shirt to try and lower him to his own level. The difference isn’t that big but it feels like a lifetime.
