Summary
Shigeo didn’t know when it started. Maybe it was a few months after that day, or maybe just a few weeks. But after he fully embraced his one and only self, he noticed himself starting to use his powers for more mundane tasks that he would have chastised himself in the past for doing.
Like using his powers to get milk out from the fridge in the morning, especially if he was extra sleepy. Or making sure when he tossed his paper into the trash, it actually made it into the wastebasket. Or holding his phone up to his ear when his arm got tired.
Or floating.
(Post-cannon, where Shigeo is still trying to figure things out, and his powers still seem to have a mind of their own)

Ritsu heaves awake, tangled up with iron in his lungs. Shigeo’s hand is on his arm and blood and darkness and—
“Get away from me!”
Ritsu shoves him in the chest. A gust of psychic energy swipes across the room, throwing books and pencils. The curtains flare around the windows. There’s a nauseating sound as Shigeo hits the wall.
Ritsu chokes.
When history threatens a collision course, Ritsu and Shigeo break cycles together.

Summary
Serizawa furrowed his brows with determination and raised a hand toward the monster with fingers outstretched. A sizzling ray of colorful energy shot out from his fingertips aimed at its head like lightning. The evil spirit lurched its head forward and spun around, letting the shot fly above it and blast into the wall. Serizawa grated his teeth and prepared another attack, but he was too slow.
Using its hind legs to push off the back wall, the evil spirit launched itself forward head-first faster than anyone could predict with open jaws straight toward Reigen and Dimple. They disappeared through its mouth, and were out of sight as it soared over the desk.

Or, an evil spirit eats Dimple and Reigen's spirit along with it! (Remember how Mob left his body to fight Mogami? It's like that). Dimple protects Reigen's spirit as the two are being actively digested and hunted by other evil spirits (similar to Matsuo's spirit container). Tome and Serizawa take care of Reigen's uninhabited body. And Mob isn't picking up the damn phone!

Edward Elric is a boy who knows a little bit about everything. He dabbles in a wide assortment of hobbies and skills, regardless of how niche or outdated they may be. Some days he’s himself; other days the kid stares off into space, zoned out so severely that it takes hours to snap him out of it.
Roy always thought it strange. But teenagers are strange, aren’t they? Being a prodigy of alchemy doesn’t make Edward an exception.
But it’s not that simple.
On the brink of death, Roy is saved by his subordinate from what should have been a fatal wound, and in the process begins to understand.
