Summary
Harry Potter was abused. Fortunately, his parents had a contingency plan for when they died and Dumbledore shipped their baby off to wizard-hating muggles. And so Harry ends up in the care of another aunt, who loves him, and nurtures him, and helps to prepare him for a world where politics is a vicious game and magic is might. It's kind of lucky, then, that Harry likes both. Perhaps he even likes a boy called Cedric Diggory.

‘Who the fuck are you?’
The disturbingly attractive and almost naked man standing on his rug stared at him.
‘Who am I?’ He asked incredulously. ‘You don’t recognise me?’
‘No.’ Nico replied, eyeing the man’s flawless body appreciatively. ‘I definitely didn’t order a prostitute.’
The man blinked a few times, and the unearthly glow emanating from his skin seemed to flicker with annoyance.
‘I am Apollo, God of the Sun, of Light and Truth and Knowledge.’ He announced indignantly. ‘Ruler over the realms of Poetry, Knowledge, Healing and Prophecy.’
‘Fuck me.’ Nico muttered, dropping his head into his hands.
‘I am not a prostitute!’ The god of the sun exclaimed.

Nothing could make Nico go on a quest to save the world. Nothing could persuade him to sprint off into danger and probably death to save the useless arses of the selfish, vengeful, petty Olympian gods. Not glory, not immortality, not a comfy chair in Elysium. But then the Fates rock up at his door, and it turns out there might be a certain blond Superman he’s willing to risk it all for.

Summary
Regulus Black died a hero in the wizarding world. Not only did he sacrifice himself to steal Voldemort’s hidden locket in the cave by the sea, Black also exposed the Dark Lord’s Horcrux secret, and now everyone knew about the full scale of Voldemort’s scheme and his gluttonous immortality. A year later, when Voldemort killed Lily and James Potter but suddenly vanished after attempting to murder one-year-old Harry Potter, most people didn’t believe He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named was gone for good. They were certain that a fragment, or perhaps several, of his soul still lingered in the world.
And the Boy Who Lived was known as the first human Horcrux involuntarily created by the Dark Lord.
Thus began the war to hunt down the remaining Horcruxes, intertwined with the mysterious, imperceptible fate of Harry Potter.

“Need help?” Cedric asked. He asked him.
Harry did not reply, instead swerving around in search of his younger self. He did not spot him anywhere though.
“Harry?”
“Are you talking to me?” Harry asked incredulously.
“Yes?” Cedric asked. He must have seen something in his expression then, because the next thing he said was: “It’s alright, portkeys can be quite disorienting. Take your time.” But that was just it, Cedric shouldn’t have been seeing anything in his face. Not if-
And then Cedric touched him. Just a hand pressed gently against Harry’s shoulder, warm and firm.
Their magic collided, causing a spark. Cedric snatched his hand away. “Sorry, didn’t mean to startle you.” But it was too late for that. Harry was already startled. He was way beyond startled now.

Experience and strenght, some would say. The Major had both of these qualities. Still, it was exceedingly strange that he had survived nearly eighty years of clans wars with only a few not pretty scars from their poison. In his own way, he was unattractive anomaly. At least in those lands, where the lives of newborns were often measured in mere weeks, sometimes months, if someone was lucky as hell. But Major Whitlock stood above all that rules like a fucking legend, one they whispered about in terror around their camps at night, as if for a grim bedtime story.

Percy couldn’t explain the ever present tug in his stomach that signaled Jason’s movements to him. Even just his presence warned him to watch his back. Helped him anticipate the next swing or feint.
But Percy had a feeling that Jason Grace had the twin warning signal to his. Anytime Percy walked into the dining pavilion, by the amphitheater, the cabins, anywhere at Camp Half-Blood where they’d both been the past few months as head counselors, he could count on those striking blue eyes landing on him.
____________Or: The last person Percy Jackson wants to be stuck in a car with is Jason Grace. Let alone in Missouri with a 1990s edition atlas.
