Chargebolt is widely considered the first "true" hero of Quirked society — with a Quirk uncharacteristically strong for the Dawn of Quirks, he showed that the Quirked can do a whole lot of good if given the chance. A shame he sacrificed his life before he could see hero society blossom.
Also known as, Kaminari Denki falls through time and into a dumpster and creates a whole lot of paperwork for Detective Tsukauchi Naomasa, along with causing him quite a few headaches and mental breakdowns. Nobody said finding out that the arguably most important figure in Quirked history is a traumatized teenager would be easy.

Touya just had one job: kidnap the president’s youngest son. Which, shockingly, he did. The guy practically chloroformed himself.
Now all Touya has to do is call someone or anyone to demand money. Except no one believes him. Not the press. Not the family. Not even the damn hostage’s own brothers.
Apparently, when your hostage is a known national menace with a habit of faking his own death for attention, no one bats an eye when he “goes missing.” They just assume he’s at Burning Man. Again.
Also, Keigo won’t stop flirting. Or riding him. Or redecorating the warehouse.
This isn’t a kidnapping anymore. It’s a very illegal situationship.

Into the silence that followed that proclamation, Kaminari said, “Duuuuuuuude, I’m down! I’ll be your fake boyfriend!”

Everyone except for Denki, that is.
Denki has heard it all, from Kirishima’s insecurities and background to Iida’s worries about not upholding his brother’s title. And all of these issues seem miniscule compared to what the electric blonde has been through.
It wasn’t that his peers’ issues were insignificant--
Their troubles just weren’t comparable to his own.
