This is not a victorious tale, this is ordinary life. No one is saved, although some remarkably simple people do incredible things without even realizing. A seemingly arbitrary sequence of events through their college years depicting their encounter with love, the process of healing and finding peace, intertwined with an uncomfortable exploration of a sickeningly common illness no one likes talking about.
Wooyoung makes poor life decisions regardless of his better judgment (he has none) and Yunho comes for the rescue. Because that’s a very Yunho thing to do and Wooyoung is a mess.
