His attachment to this man feels pathetic, maybe, but inevitable. For Heisenberg, each loop means Ethan is a stranger again. For Ethan, Heisenberg has become a friend. He is well aware his attachment can only ever be one-sided, yet he would not change anything. Heisenberg is free from reliving his own death. Ethan has gained a companion. He may very well be the last thing holding the tatters of Ethan's sanity together.
"Of course you are, idiot." Heisenberg says. He looks over at Ethan, checks him over with a glance. Ethan must sound truly pathetic if Heisenberg is concerned. "We already shook on it and everything."

The sand pest is gone, yet Daniil Dankovsky still hasn't left the town. With winter being just around the corner, Daniil gets sick. But this type of infection is unlike anything he's ever seen. When scales start sprouting on his body, it doesn't take long for his whole perspective to shift. His only salvation seems to be, once again, Artemy Burakh. Thankfully, the menkhu doesn't fear snakes.
Daniil turns into a snake, which flips his values and kickstarts a journey of self-reflection.

Zanka knew that carrying out a relationship with a Raider as a Cleaner would be complicated. He knew he'd have to be careful. More than careful. He'd have to be perfect- no matter what, no one could find out about the truth. Not when he knew what the consequences would be.
Naturally, he slips up anyways, accidentally mentioning Jabber's name at HQ, and it’s all over.
Except its not. Because there's good news and bad news.
The good news was that Zanka hadn't actually said Jabber's name. Instead, he'd said a nickname. A nickname that nobody knew referred to Jabber.
The bad news was that now all the Cleaners thought that Zanka had a girlfriend named Abby, and if he wanted to keep his job, his family, and his relationship with Jabber, he was going to have to keep up the charade.
What could go wrong?
