Summary
After sobbing into Karl’s arms and telling both him and Sapnap about everything since Dream went into prison, he needed a place of sanctuary, a place where he can feel safe, a place to call home.
Karl instantly offered a place while Sapnap was hesitant, knowing the boy’s past. Karl insisted his blaze hybrid fiancé that it will be okay, and this may be good for the blonde-haired boy to grow up and let go of the traumatic past. Sapnap finally agreed, but he mentioned that if Tommy ever did anything bad to Kinoko, he’s leaving. Karl mumbled a fine, knowing that was the only way he would he get Sapnap to agree to this.
-or Tommy looks back on his life at Kinoko Kingdom, knowing he made the right decision to come over there for help (ft. Karlnap just being too damn cute)

“George! It’s been too long!”
Dream ran up to George and gave him the biggest and tightest hug George had ever received. He slowly wrapped his arms around Dream, trying to tell himself that this is real and not a dream. He felt Dream nuzzled his face into his hair.
“I missed you so much, Georgie, so so damn much.” Dream felt tears running down his face and onto George’s hair, in which he lifted his head back up and ruffled it, trying to get the wetness off the mushroom boy’s head.
“Alright, lovebirds. Let’s get serious, it’s time to strategize on how we’re going to win this.” Sam said from behind, hitting his trident down on the ground, making Dream flinch and releasing George from his grip immediately.

Karl's eyes widened as he heard Sapnap mentioned the Egg. His mind goes racing back to the Masquerade, where he met James, saw James dead, and Sir Billiam and Ranbulter trying to get him to join the Egg with them. He suddenly gets nauseous.

Lance and his friends have been regulars at the Altea Dance Studio for years. Not just for classes, but to hang out, practice, and spend time with good people who love dancing. Every year, they audition to be one of the few representing Altea at the regional dance competition. Lance always auditions solo, but this year he misses out on auditions and blows his chance to participate. And so does his self-proclaimed rival, Keith.
Luckily, Shiro comes up with a brilliant plan: convince Lance and Keith to audition as a duo.

Summary
Funnily enough, the song playing in Sapnap’s head may be loud, but it occurs to him that all of his other thoughts inhabiting it have finally subsided. He isn’t sure when that happened, but he feels relief. He wonders if Karl had anything to do with that, but quickly flicks that thought away. It was rather stupid, really. He already knew the answer.
Sapnap goes through a journey of self-discovery after a chance encounter with Karl Jacobs in a bar on his 21st birthday.

Staying in the closet never felt like a problem once he moved to Florida with Dream, well, until a video collaboration introduced him to a boy that made him question if he could keep hiding. Now, Sapnap has to return to Texas for the first time since his move to Florida for his step-sister's birthday. What's waiting for him when he arrives is going to make keeping his sexuality a secret from his family that much harder.
