The Evans Boy by lonibal (51358966)
Harry Evans is the secret older half-brother (Severitus) of the boy-who-lived, Monty Potter.
Harry was born two years before Monty, no-one but Lily's parents had known she was pregnant (not even Severus nor James). Lily hid/abandoned Harry with her parents & used Fidelius Charm (with the intention of one day taking him back and having James adopt him... though she never got around to telling James about Harry). Lily then went back to magical world, got married to James, had Monty, got betrayed by Pettigrew. Orphan Monty went to live with the Dursleys.
Meanwhile, Harry grew up knowing about magic, Lily, Monty, etc. but not who his father is. However, grandparents die and 8-year-old Harry is by himself in Fidelius-hidden house. Evans were very poor, so no money either. Steals & magic get him by until he's eleven & off to Hogwarts. Sorted into Slytherin, becoming obsessed with gobstones & skateboarding. Harry is genius & powerful, etc, etc.
Monty joins Hogwarts two years later, sorted into Gryffindor & the book storylines continue... except Harry doing his best to protect Monty who's oblivious to Harry being his half-brother.Story covers pre-canon until GoF (Harry's sixth year, Monty's fourth). Sequel (57085603) covers OotP-HBP.

Summary
Even at the moment of the hiraishin's conception, Tobirama knew the dangers of meddling with the very threads that make up the fabric of existence. He knew that repeated usage only made it easier to traverse between the dimensions because the user became physically more susceptible to slipping through the cracks.
But knowing something is possible theoretically is very different from experiencing it for himself.

Allowing a child to die via non-interference is not, technically, child-hunting. However, Tobirama knows Madara well enough to be certain he will not care one whit for technicalities should his young kinsman perish while the Senju could easily turn the battle in Hikaku’s favor.

Summary
There was another student here.
Tom recognized him vaguely—while transfer students were not necessarily uncommon due to the war, they were rare enough to at least make an impression. This particular transfer student was in his year, sorted into Ravenclaw after an impressively long hat stall. He looked like he might be descended from the Potter line, but he did not share the surname so his lineage was of no particular interest to Tom. Nothing about him was of particular interest to Tom, in fact, and yet here he stood, holding the book that Tom had come here to find.
It would be a good time to turn away. The Restricted Section was restricted for a reason—only books documenting extremely dangerous or extremely advanced magic were stored here.
Tom’s feet, however, suddenly felt as if they were made of lead. It wasn’t magic keeping him tied down, but something far more mysterious like curiosity or even fate. In any case, the delay was all it took for the Ravenclaw to lift his chin and meet Tom’s eyes.
This Ravenclaw, Tom realized, had eyes as blindingly green as the Killing Curse.
