“Uh, that’s okay,” Jisung tells him. There is no way Jisung is taking money from a stranger, he has no clue what this guy would ask for in return. “I’ve got it under control.” He presses Felix’s contact again and sighs when he doesn’t answer.
The guy gives him a knowing look, “Are you sure? It’s not like it would dent my pocket.”
“I’m happy for you,” Jisung tells him. Of course, the guy had money, he looked like he just walked out from modeling for Gucci. “I’m not taking money from a stranger.”
“Well,” The guy pushes himself off of the wall, and holds his hand out, giving Jisung a grin, “I’m Minho Lee, VP of Gucci. Now, I’m not a stranger.”or, Jisung finds himself unable to deny the help that Minho offers him.

“How? It’s going to be raining the entire time.”
Minho smiles then. One of the ones that catches his eyes with a little spark of something excited. “Ah, Jisungie, that’s what you don’t get about the suburbs. All there is to do is drive around and park. You won’t have to lift a foot, jagi. Parking lot to parking lot.”
(OR: Jisung visits the suburbs, everything changes, and nothing changes at all.)

Jisung throws a snowball at Minho, they become enemies, for life.
Until a halloween party, until one shot too many, until they have enough excuses to act upon their darkest desires for just one night.
(Except, it's not just one night).

Jisung has a type: hopeless. From the guy who talks about his ex to the omegaverse influencer and the one who brings a ferret to dinner, every week is another romantic disaster. Enter Minho, the bartender who knows just how to turn bad dates into the perfect drinks.
It starts as a joke– one drink, one rant, every time. But somewhere between The Mansplainer and The Lovers, between doodled coasters and unspoken glances, Minho starts to notice the problem isn’t that Jisung can’t find the right guy.
It’s that Jisung keeps coming back to the bar.

“You really have a pet lizard?” Jisung blurted out, in awe.
“Yup,” Minho said, lighting up when Jisung gave him his daisy as well. “His name is Frog.”
The first time Minho and Jisung happen to be put together is in preschool.
There never really is a last time, and that's quite all right with the two of them.

Youngbae says nothing, just hugs him tight before he pulls back, their hands still connected. He presses his index finger into Seunghyun’s chest, and gives him this long and indescribable look. It steals his breath a little, feels suitably terrifying and also incredibly forgiving. He hugs him again.
“Good to see you”, he murmurs into the crook of Youngbae’s neck.
“Yeah”, Youngbae says, and smiles, incredulous and soft “Yeah it is”.
And then, chin in his palm and legs crossed over, Jiyong’s eyes flicker to meet his. His presence is this physical, unignorable thing, even as Daesung asks how Seunghyun is, and Youngbae tells him they got him a beer, and he shucks off his coat. Jiyong’s all there is.
“Hi”, he manages, and it feels like it sucks the heat from the whole room.
Jiyong bites his lip, like his smile is some illicit thing. “Hi”.

Summary
In-ho bends over Gi-hun, dismayed with his revenge intentions and conflicting feelings. In-ho gives him the most understanding and gentle look of Young-il, which hasn't worked for a long time. It's just a matter of habit.
“Gi-hun, let's switch teams,” he suggests cautiously. “You're not a murderer at all, I'm afraid you might... lose.”
Gi-hun frowns and looks away to hide from Young-il’s pleading, almost begging eyes. He's not ready to give in.
“I can handle it,” his tone is sharp and unambiguous, leaving no room for argument. In-ho looks him up and down and nods, admitting defeat.
“If you're sure, then fine,” he says. “Let's stick together, I'll help you with your opponent, and you protect me.”
An AU which explores a possible development of the events of s3, if In-ho decides to stay after Gi-hun's revolt. In other words, In-ho and Gi-hun play hide and seek together.
