In the aftermath of a violent attack against Connor, this technicality leaves Hank filling out a property damage report of all things. It wasn't enough. It wouldn't give Connor the justice he deserved after what he'd been through. But if this was all Hank could do, he was going to make this damn thing as close to the assault case report it should be.
