"We're gonna win," Akane says, determination plastered across her face. Her shoulders raised and her hands gripping at the wheel in the middle with power- ready to twist it with all her might.
The sight making Mikan smile (authentically), her eyes gazing downwards to the filthy wheel of the teacup- her heart beating in her chest, trying to push itself from her chest. Her fingers tingling with desire to touch Akane's again, or if she's brave enough, touch Akane's face.
"Y-You can't win, it's a teacup ride" Mikan replies, her voice softer than usual and higher pitched than usual, like it always was when she was around a crush.

The rush, the speed, the beautiful look on Akane's face- making Peko fill with confidence and love. Her fingers itching and unsettled, filled with adrenaline, filled with a want to cup over Akane's hand on the gearstick. Her stomach jumping and turning as they pass palm trees and buildings and more palm trees so fast that Peko's mind blends the trees and buildings into one. Her heart pumped with confidence, pumped with excitement: adrenaline makes people say and do stupid things.

“Yeah, like, on the inside and stuff,” she replies.
Yaoyorozu Momo and Jirou Kyouka have to define what courage means to them or risk failing All Might’s class. Forgetting about their project until 10 hours before it’s due feels like the right answer.
