Neal (Dick Greyson) has to attend a presentation on a group white collar is helping organized crime take down. Unfortunately, the Malones are part of the presentation and Noah Malone (Dick(Neal)) is definitely in it and the picture they’re painting of his alias isn’t flattering at all.
"Noah, as an alias, was never supposed to be used long term. He was a long term cover of course, but he wasn’t meant to exist 24/7. He was shocking and terrifying. He was meant to come in and overwhelm whatever enemy’s plan they were trying to uncover, then flit away into the background. Noah was the allusive monster his more involved siblings, like Jason, used to form and motivate their own identities. He was the ripcord you pulled to add some shock and awe, not a daily occurrence."
OR: Dick tries to keep his identities straight and secret after the team finds out about his Malone alias. The stress and the amount of identities he is juggling leads to a breakdown.

Neal frozen on his seat watched Red Robin stumble through the bullpen straight for his desk. When he reached it he slammed the sticks he was holding on it and bowed slightly forward using the desk to support his weight. His eyes never left Neal even though it was pretty clear he was struggling through the pain.

Jason!Neal has this condition of narcolepsy after being revived from the dead. Everything is going well until his meds didn't work so his medication for his narcolepsy is put on hold (since his dosage and components are different from the regular people with narcolepsy too) and has to suffer at least a week without his medication. Peter and the gang would see him sleeping in different parts of the office and at different times of the day.

Summary
A/U to Dean’s stay in Hell. Dean/Lucifer. No matter what Alastair does, Dean doesn’t crack. His eyes burn with defiance and his soul stays bright, almost unnaturally so. He’s been named the Righteous Man by lower demons and even Alastair seems to be annoyed he can’t get this one puny human soul to break. Lucifer...well, he’s intrigued.
Or that one fic where Dean makes a deal to save Sam and goes to hell to meet the devil, only to learn that the devil isn't the incarnation of all evil like everyone thinks he is, they get out of hell together, become allies (maybe a little more) and fight the apocalypse together with the help of a jaded hunter, the devil's ex vessel and a lost ex soldier of heaven who's still conflicted on what's right and wrong.
