Dream needs this. Dream needs to sleep, and if it happens to be in George's bed, then so be it.
After a couple of minutes, Dream adjusts slightly, tucking his arms under his head. George watches motionlessly, worried he's going to stir awake, but he doesn't. He's laying on his stomach, with the side of his head resting on his folded arms. He breathes out, softly, a content sigh.
George wants to reach out and touch him, the desire is tugging at his muscles. But he's delicate like this. One misstep and he'll slip back out and into consciousness.
Or, Dream is struggling with insomnia. An embarrassing revelation leads him to find out that sleeping comes easy only when he's laying next to George.

Closer, Dream laughs, blushes in real time. “You like them?”
There are some things George doesn't love about America — namely, the noisy beaches and murderous Florida sun — but he sure as hell loves the people he moved to America for, and luckily, they love him just as much.

“Shhhh, okay. It’s okay,” Dream tried to soothe, running his thumb over the back of George’s hand and continuing to rub steady circles into his back, his mind racing. He didn’t like the way George’s other hand had moved from being wrapped around his middle to splayed against his side as he bent over. Dream eyed the specific spot they landed on, an unsettling chill settling over his skin.
“What kind of pain? Is it like…aching? Or–”
“Sharp,” George ground out, his eyes squeezing shut as more tears slipped down his cheeks.
Dream’s mind went flashing back to a call he’d had with Sapnap a couple years ago, remembering his friend's tired voice recalling a specific event that made Dream's stomach turn in realization. Shit.
Or; George participates in a hot wings stream that leaves him ill. Unfortunately, that turns out to be the least of his problems.
