“Yes, you have ears,” he said, glancing back at him briefly. “My contract is ending. I’m getting interest, and it’s only reasonable to explore my options.”
“Don’t make it sound like you’re fallin’ back on logic here,” he said. “You and I both know that that’s not why you’d be leaving.”
“What happened to you staying out of my business?”or, Atsumu and Kiyoomi are broken up, and Atsumu did a pretty good job of feeling like he was over it until Kiyoomi leaves the Black Jackals.

Summary

In this world, a tattoo appears imprinted on your wrist on your 12th birthday. It would have something to do with your soulmate, like their birthday, or their initials, maybe even a little symbol that represents them. Kiyoomi has grown up with everyone looking forward to the day they turn twelve, the day they’re one step closer to finding the person meant for them.

The thing is, Kiyoomi doesn’t start things. Motoya had been the one to get him into volleyball; as much as he loves it now, he never would’ve started alone. Kiyoomi won’t confess to Atsumu because he has to do it alone, and he can’t.
He does wonder what it feels like to be so vulnerable, though. It’s a shame he’s too much of a coward to ever find out.—o—o0o—o—

Summary

First volleyball training camp, first year of highschool, and Sakusa Kiyoomi gets stuck rooming with none other than messy, loud Miya Atsumu. He really hoped that would be the first and LAST time he saw him, but of course, life was cruel and that one time turned into many more throughout highschool and into his adult life. Sakusa couldn’t help it that the more he saw Atsumu, the less annoying the guy became; causing him to actually want to get close to him.
Maybe, just maybe he wanted to be the true object of affection in the eyes of a man that everyone adored. Poor Sakusa especially couldn’t help his excitement when he graduated school and joined the MSBY Black Jackals - only to find out the very same Miya Atsumu was going to be his official teammate.
Would he ever let anyone know about these years of pent up feelings? God no. Did one drunken phone call from Atsumu after a night out change that? Maybe.
This is the story of Sakusa Kiyoomi and Miya Atsumu’s growing love over the years from highschool well into their careers as volleyball players for the MSBY Jackals. It’s a bumpy road, but one they journey on together in hopes they can stay on it forever~- Language:

Atsumu stares at the two boys in front of him before he snorts.
“That’s not funny” Sakusa hisses which makes the whole thing even funnier in Atsumus opinion.
Or my silly attempt at a Sakuatsu dynamic from age 16 to 25 while trying to stick to canon (and haikyuu bu) as much as possible.

'Shit' Atsumu grunts, feeling the mechanisms in his chest slow and his mind fuzzing.
It was a Tuesday. He may be one of the more spontaneous ones of MSBY, but getting lost in a different city might've been too much. Not to mention he forgot his replacement battery at home- hell, even his charger was acting up back at the hotel. He thought he would be fine, it's just two days out for a game and besides, the one he has now has gotten him this far.
But to make matters worse, his replacement was due a few days ago before the trip- the one he's got now is shitty and almost 2 years old. How the hell is he gonna bounce back from /this/.

Summary
After four years of university, playing on the same team should be a blessing but Sakusa Kiyoomi can’t help but get annoyed at everything Atsumu does. He did miss his childhood best friend during college, but sometimes he wishes he was alone.
Miya Osamu had a full-time job and was busy all the time, so he definitely didn’t have the time to entertain his brother and his idiotic belief that Suna liked him more than a friend. He loved his brother, but sometimes he wished the other would shut up.
Unbeknown to both of them, the universe heard the wish and took it upon itself to grant it.
When they both wake up again, they find themselves in another world seventeen once again, where Atsumu allegedly died seven years prior.
Now Osamu and Sakusa are stuck there, unable to find a way back to their Atsumu and their reality. With a Suna they don’t recognize, they set out to untangle the strange web of events that seems bleaker the further they tug the threads.
Standing on the edge of madness and desperation, they make some important discoveries.
