Leo felt his chest tighten as he saw Casey disappear thorough the orange vortex, right where Michelangelo had taken his last breath before dissolving into the smoky air. He surveyed the nightmarish world he had gotten so used to, blood and gore spread along the cracked ground. Bodies littered the ground, a mess of robotic, mutant and human. Leo could no longer see the sky, instead a mass of grey smog covered the earth. He could barely remember the stars and sky.
What happens to Leo after Casey leaves and he's all alone.

It was morning. Mikey was making breakfast, filling the lair with the lovely scent of bacon and eggs, as well as waffles and fresh fruits. Donnie had slinked into the kitchen as Leo finished up his first cup of coffee for the morning. The silence filled with the sizzle of bacon and the coffee machine doing its job. Mikey dancing around the kitchen almost like a ballerina on stage. Leo watched him with a silent chuckle as Donnie sat lackadaisical next to his twin.
The morning felt good. Until a loud and painful scream came from Raph’s room. Startling all of the brothers to action. Running toward the sound with hearts racing.
