Summary
In an alternate universe where Baron Draxum gave up his villainous ways long ago, the turtles are slow to take him up on his offer to train them until their delay costs them dearly when one of their own is captured and blinded by the Foot Clan while on a routine pizza run.
Accepting his new offer at proper training, the four turtles defy their mutated rat dad's objections and begin intensive work under the Baron to prepare for the return of a powerful being that is prophesied in yokai scrolls to bring with him world-wide destruction.
Realizing the Foot clan are reassembling the parts of the kori yori to reawaken the Shredder, Splinter is forced to admit the yokai who previously captured and experimented on him is right and they must work together to train his sons so they are ready in time.
But can the creator of the four mutant turtles use his mutagen to recover the sight of their wounded brother before the Shredder rears his ugly head, so he can aid in the fight?
And what will happen if he isn't able to do so in time?

The prison dimension was cold and dark. Debris everywhere. There were always things to be wary of, from broken ships to crumbling buildings. The Kraang could be hiding in anything. Despite the contrast in the bleak gray, the bright red lights of the creature's armor were hard to spot. Leo never had a chance to relax.
He wasn't sure what to really expect; he knew this would happen. He honestly wanted it to. Better him than his brothers, right?
He tried to suppress his memories of them. It made it that much harder to live- well, survive- in this desolate hell. He wondered if they moved on frequently. Had they made him a grave? Had they cleaned out his room?
His thoughts always circled back to them, no matter how hard he tried. It hurt to think about them.Series

The slider managed to open his eyes halfway to look down on his left hand to try and find out what it was stuck to, but the darkness all around combined with the concussion-induced blurry, doubled vision did little to help him understand anything he was looking at.
Then there was a voice.
Not the comforting voice of one of his concerned brothers, but rather a gruff, deep man's voice coming from the stranger tending to his laceration.

I glanced down from my perch on a branch of the tree, it has been a year since i left New York, and a year since i left the Hamato's. I quietly swung to my little tree-house on a ridiculously huge peach tree possibly almost as big as the Hamato Compound. I went inside the well-hidden but somewhere fairly sized tree-house. The house had five guest room's and two main one's, a kitchen, two bathrooms a balcony, and a slide leading towards the watwrfall lake. You might wonder, why on earth would i build a slide? Well it turns out, i'm not the only mutant/Hybird reptile in this forest.
Or; What if the EPF were just in a flashback and they didn't attack the Hamato Compound? What if Leo got on the train and ended up somewhere in Asia? What if the foot clan was a enemy clan and decided to strike the Hamato's Compound?
