Summary
In a world where HYDRA was wiped out in the '40s, Steve is found by the Army rather than SHIELD. As Steve struggles to come to terms with all he has lost, his life in captivity is only made bearable by the presence of another prisoner-- another super-soldier known only as "Soldat".
