Summary
Natasha recognised the look on Peter’s face from too many of the women she had helped in shelters in her many attempts to clear the red from her ledger. She had heard his screams and his begging and recognised them from the alleys she had left men beaten to pulps in as she helped women limp outside. Clint saw the look on her face, the ashen colour and the pure indescribably terrible sorrow and rage in her eyes and understood.
Or...
Peter is training with the avengers and it’s all good and fun and he’s beating the avengers one by one until he feels legs around his hips and suddenly this isn’t so fun anymore.
Filling a prompt from Woopwoopwoop, hope I did this justice!

“I know you got a secret identity and all, but let me know if you ever need a job.”
Peter couldn’t help the snort. If only the man knew that he was already working for him. “I’ll let you know.”
There must have been something off about his tone, because Tony narrowed his eyes at him and just stared for a few seconds. Peter tilted his head innocently.
“No way you already work for me.”
An innocuous comment sparks an idea that Spider-Man is a Stark Industries employee. Which he is, but surely that’s not enough to out him, is it?
Tony will not rest until his crazy theory gets proven correct.

Tony looks up to see Butterfingers running around with duct tape and bubble wrap. He doesn’t even know where he managed to find bubble wrap. Also why.
“Hey FRI,” Tony whispers, afraid of startling Butterfingers too much as he proceeds to bubble wrap the edges of the table. “What the shit is the idiot over there doing?”
“Babyproofing Protocol has been activated, Boss.”
The what now?or
Tony was having a perfectly normal day until someone named ‘Peter Parker’ showed up at his company with a security clearance level that’s shockingly high for someone who’s, well, a college student on a mandated field trip to SI.

Summary
Harley had meant to intimidate Tony’s intern -that’s the only reason he wore his nice jeans with the stupid maroon shirt that brought out his eyes. He even gelled his hair, for fucksake.
Except, the moment he actually saw Peter Parker, baby blue sweater layered over a button up, jeans ripped where the extra fabric dragged as he walked, he threw that plan out the window.
Or
Harley really wants to fuck Peter so hard that he’s crying for it. He settles for wooing the fuck out of him instead, and maybe making Peter cry when the younger begs him for it.

“You ever tried to escape?”
Peter chuckled. “Yeah. Lots of times I end up back here, brink of death. Though, twice Tennison was so impressed he let me have extra dinner and no experiments the next day.”
“Wow, kiddo, living the luxurious life, huh?” it was astounding how quickly they’d fallen into a comfortable companionship.
“There was a guard who helped me once,” Peter’s smile dropped with his volume. “But he had to leave. They never found out he helped me. I was hoping…”
He trailed off and shook his head. “Well, I guess I’ll just have to hitch a ride with you when Captain America comes to bust you out, huh?”
Tony’s heart jumped. Oh, kid, if you knew just how much I wished for that. “Yeah, I guess I’ll let you come along. Only one stowaway allowed, though, you hear me? No weird mutated turtles or rats or something.”
Peter laughed again, and for a moment the cold cell felt warm.

Natasha looked more closely. She first saw hints of a second person in the sock poking out of the blanket at a strange angle, and the pale hand with curled-up fingers resting on Tony’s chest. Then she found a head of what looked like brown curls, tucked snugly under Tony’s arm. And eventually, a second set of sleeping breaths, slow and light.

The Avengers return from months of missions to find a child fast asleep on the lounge, with Tony snoring beside him. A mystery ensues.

Summary
Tony flicks his gaze toward the group of students gawking and does a compulsory once-over. He doesn’t seem to be looking for Peter. Peter sinks deep in his hoodie and prays he blends in anyway.
Unfortunately, Tony catches his eye, does a double-take, and smiles. “Oh, hey!” he says as he walks over. Then, to Peter’s eternal mortification, Tony sticks one end of a piece of metal in his mouth so he has a free hand to ruffle Peter’s hair. With the piece still in his mouth and muffling his voice, he says, “Didn’t know you were here. I have to go talk with Dr. Karim in her lab right now, sorry I can’t stay and chat longer.”
Peter goes on a field trip, Tony doesn’t know, and FRIDAY wants revenge.

Summary
While Leroy didn’t like gossip, he wasn’t immune to it and he’d heard about a young boy claiming to be Tony Stark’s intern showing up randomly throughout the building. He just figured it was some random mystery, a Stark Industries cryptid if you will.
Never did he think he’d have a sighting.
“Are you Peter Parker?” Leroy questioned, narrowing his eyes at the young boy, looking for any signs of deceit.
“Oh yeah, that’s me, hi!” Possibly Fabled Intern Peter Parker reached into his pocket and pulled out a badge and lanyard, this one with his face on it and INTERN written underneath it. “Mr. Stark got me a badge so I can get nachos whenever I want.”
