Rounding another corner, she could see the eerie green force field she knew was hiding Glimmer from view. Coming to a stop in front of it, Catra chuckled to herself. How ridiculous, to depend on a dumb ritual to try and preserve what was left of her sanity in that dump of a place, and with a princess nonetheless. She truly had no dignity left.
But, she supposed, the princesses weren’t all bad. Not every single one of them, at least. Some of them had strong arms, muscles tensing with effort when striking an opponent, bright eyes wrinkling with laughter, skin so soft to the touch, under her fingertips…
