The sympathy in Bev’s voice is also written all over her face. She parts her lips, trying to find the right words, one eye slightly pinched. And even worse than the pity is the fucking knowing. This overwhelming sense that she has some idea of what’s going on right now. And Richie absolutely hates it because he, himself, does not.
Like, he just fucking threw up and he has no idea why.
(Eddie dates someone. Richie is sure his sudden bout of sickness is unrelated).

“That’s great.” Izuku says it all low and earnest, like he really means it—like he’s really proud of Katsuki for not having tooth problems. “Alright. I’ll have you open up so I can take a look.”
Katsuki lets his mouth fall open, and gloved fingertips gently brace along his jaw.
Izuku hums. “A little wider—there we go, stay like that for me.” Katsuki’s heart rate picks up, hot blood washing under his skin without warning.

Summary
Katsuki doesn't really believe in birthday wishes, or maybe he does…
There are things he wants. Things like being a hero, owning an agency, and finishing the suit for Izuku so he can do both with him.
He wants all of it and then some. He’s greedy.
But Katsuki has plans for these things. Hard work can get him all of them. He’s certain of it. And a wish won’t change that.
But there’s one thing that maybe he wishes for. He feels a little dirty asking the universe to grant it to him, but it’s the one thing in his life he’s not exactly sure how to work for. One thing that he hopes, if only a little bit, would for once just naturally sway in his favor.

“When you’re ready to stop being a wishy-washy asshole, I’ll let you fuck mine instead.”
Before Izuku can comprehend the words, Katsuki trails a rough hand down his chest and gropes his stiff cock beneath his dress pants. Izuku inhales a thin, dying gasp, and is left wheezing when Katsuki smirks and slips out of the closet, leaving him in it.
And isn’t that just poetic?

Summary
“Can’t talk,” Kacchan grunts as Izuku gapes at him, voice so low and raspy that it’s almost inaudible. There’s something strange about it – like he’s trying to purposefully speak from deep in his throat. “Quirk incident, I’m fine, gonna take a nap.”
Every word is clipped, pushed out in a rush. His shoulders bunch up around his ears as he ducks his head and tries to scoot past Izuku, and there’s something just so off about his…everything. It could be because of his bowed head, but it almost seems like he’s not even standing as tall as he usually does.
All that aside, though – Quirk incident?!
Or: Kacchan gets turned into a girl, which is great news for Izuku since he desperately needs some help in the Complete Lack of Sexual Experience Department and is obviously completely and totally straight. Obviously. Obviously! ...Right?

Izuku swallows, voice small but earnest. “I just… I wanted to ask. How was it? For you. Last night, I mean.”
Katsuki’s ears are burning—his whole face must be red right now. Who the hell asks that kind of question? He’s already uneasy, tangled up in too many feelings at once, and Izuku just had to go and ask him how it was for him. Katsuki squeezes his eyes shut, groaning as he shakes his head.
“You’re really asking me that?” he mutters

Katsuki is so in love with an oblivious Izuku and they end up crossing a line that they cannot come back from.

Kirishima hums. “I didn’t read it as something as simple as that,” he muses. “It didn’t seem to me like Dynamite fell in love with Deku over the course of this season, or even the course of the show. To me, it was more like he realized he’d always been in love with him.”
Katsuki grips the steering wheel so tightly he fears it may dent under the pressure.
“Shut the fuck up,” he hisses.
bakugou and midoriya play opposing characters on popular tv show my hero academia. they work best this way, because they don't like one another in real life either.

now, their characters are being written into a love story. and their characters have always been reflections of themselves.

“Congratulations on getting nine out of ten questions correct! Without further ado, let’s move on to the last question..” Hanazawa paused for dramatic effect as the lights dimmed and the spotlights overhead honed in on their podiums.
“What is … your hero partner’s type?”
A brief silence.
“‘Type?’” Izuku questioned at the same time as Kacchan.
“Yes, type,” the host laughed. “Like, who would they date? What are they into?”
The blood drained from Izuku’s face and he shot a panicked look at Kacchan. The blond didn’t seem to be faring any better, his gaze zeroed in on Hanazawa as if he could will her to change the question to something else.
Izuku... didn't know the answer to that.

In order to increase their popularity rankings as up and coming pro heroes, Izuku and Katsuki participate in the most popular late night talk show for hero duos - ‘Heroes Rising!’. They’re killing it, obviously, because they know each other from inside and out. Until one question stumps the two of them: “What is your hero partner’s type?”
