Basically Eddie is strapped for cash and picks up a weekend job. He learns some things, gets into an unfortunate situation that turns out to not be so unfortunate, Steve figures it out first and lays on the Harrington Charm and Eddie, bless him, is scared and horny and doesn't know where this is coming from.
The Spicy Six are all such good friends for each other.
Steve Harrington is legitimately just,, so hot.
Everybody who likes men gets a little hot and bothered over him sometimes, it's only natural. Something about eyeliner and a rocker 'do.

Steve looked over at Eddie during these moments and pictured his future rewritten. A future where instead of Nancy Wheeler or some other nice girl sitting passenger in their RV, Eddie Munson would be there. Eddie would be tucking kids into bed and reading them stories. Eddie would be making road-trip trail mix and packing a cooler with water bottles and juice boxes. Eddie as his life partner, the constant variable throughout anything. It no longer felt so scary to think about it. The fact that it wasn’t scary to think about in and of itself was scary but Steve has handled scary before.

It wasn’t until mid June, after the trail, that Eddie learned about Steve and the holidays. For one reason or another, Steve claimed to hate holidays. It had made for an awkward conversation to be had poolside, but he was used to awkward conversations. Plus, he could distract himself by tracing the moles and scars that climbed the other man’s skin.
