Summary

This book is an opposite au, meaning that the character's personalities will be the opposite of their canon ver. For example, Sunny in this book is eccentric and outgoing while in the game he's quiet and keeps to himself. Just adding this because a lot of people are confused about why the characters are awful to each other/OOC lol. (I don't blame them)

Summary
Sunny makes a split second decision, and before Basil can even begin to realize what's happening, leans forward and positions his mouth near the other boy's neck, hovering his fangs right over Basil's fluttering pulse and holding him in place.
Sunny can feel Basil stiffen in surprise and expects him to start thrashing and struggling to get free. It would be futile regardless, he wouldn't be able to go anywhere unless Sunny wanted him to.
But he does neither of those things.
Instead, Basil goes limp and pliant in his arms, melting into the embrace and obediently offering his neck without a word. Despite the submissiveness, his heart is beating rapidly in his chest, like a trapped animal that's accepted their impending fate. Like prey.
Or: Sunny is a vampire who has been sustaining himself solely on the blood of animals for years - and it suffices, for a time. Until it doesn't.

Once the truth got out to Sunny and Basil's friends, they took it pretty well much to the pair's surprise. Of course it took a few months for everyone to truly be on good terms, plus Aubrey having more outbursts, it seemed like the gang all decided it would be best to work on this together, instead of apart. So after countless apologies, everyone seemed to be happy with each other, although now, 2 years later, Basil seemed to have something he wanted outside of the newly reformed friendship, and with the support of a few friends, maybe soon it'll become reality.
(Also yes this will be a shameless smutshot fic!!)
