He didn't know how this happened, all he was doing was making sure children stayed alive but apparently all the clans now think he's some sort of Kami! Why! Shit- If Butsuma finds out he's actually going to die.Tobirama is perceived as a Kami unintentionally and he's not helping the rumors by saving children but never using the techniques he used to kill the hunters, on the battlefield.

Summary
Tobirama preforms a reverse summoning jutsu in order to be matched with the summons clan best suited to his nature. What he hadn't taken into account was the test he would need to pass to become a summoner and just how long those tests can take. Tobirama ends up being raised among his summons more so than his is raised among humans and thus does not hold the same value or grudges as his clan, and the chaos that leads to.

The adults rushing toward him were tense with the intent to attack, and Izuku tightened his hold on his gun. “Freeze!” His finger rested on the side of the trigger, pointing the weapon at their feet. “Civilians are not permitted here! It’s dangerous! Go back to the evacuation zone with the others!” Izuku rattled out his order, clinging to the only familiar thing he knew. It wasn’t the first time he’d found straddlers in a warzone, but this was the first time that he went from a completely destroyed city to… this. A familiar rush of anxiety tingled in his toes.
He hated firsts.
The strangely dressed adults froze, bodies still poised. The woman shot her companion a confused glance as they both looked between him and the enemy soldier.
Izuku reached a hand toward his ear, pressing the small com button. “Commander, this is 031, reporting in, I have a 34-6. Do you copy?”
Static. No answer.

Summary
Izuku had learnt over the years that people don’t like hearing the truth. Despite centuries of evolution, and quirks becoming more prominent, humans were still incredibly fragile beings. When you tell people the truth they break like glass. If humans can’t handle the truth, he would give them lies instead. Well crafted lies, paired with a sweet smile, that make them feel better about themselves even though, truthfully, they didn’t deserve it. Izuku had mastered this ability, how to tell someone exactly what they want to hear. It didn’t stop him thinking the truth, but he found the best way to deal with people was to feed them a chocolate coated strawberry. It’s still fruit, but with a sugary coating.

What the hell is he supposed to do here? The entire world seems like a fairytale. No war, no conflict, just civilians living their perfectly civilian lives, it's Itachi’s wet dream. He hates it. Obito was born and bred for conflict, for the adrenaline that comes with clashes of kunai and fiery Jutsu. They have none of that here.
