“Surely you don’t expect me to apologize,” Astarion goes on after a minute. “It was only a joke, but even if it wasn’t. Having a few romps—as pleasurable as they were—hardly makes you entitled. And jealousy is such an unattractive trait.” He huffs through his nose. “I regret I asked. Nothing good ever comes from trying to be nice.”
“Nice?” Tav laughs despite the lump in his throat. “You just called me stupid and unattractive.”
“Don’t twist my words, darling. You’re not very good at it.”

Or, Tav gets insecure and Astarion reassures him the only way he knows. Act 1, post tiefling party.

If his… time… was for sale, and Tav had gone and spent the last of his gold on a drink he disliked, he’d never forgive myself.
He had never done it before. Paid for love. But he would now, if he had the means.
Not that a hundred coins could buy him an hour with a man as fine as this.
No. His plan was rather to see if he couldn’t negotiate… an exchange.

Brusquely, Cazador’s awareness returns to him, and he finds he is no longer enjoying the evening. He was lost in his thoughts long enough that Astarion has lifted his head, blood-red eyes staring at him. They are wide open and terrified, of course. There is also a plaintive quality, one that inspires the most sadistic desires in him, and there is inquisition, at what in the hells might be going on within Cazador’s mind that led to this bizarre lull of routine. Whether there is a way out, Cazador wagers, of this night that leaves him in less misery than either of them expected.
Cazador refuses to feel infuriated at his loss of control over the evening. He may still reclaim it.
Cazador tortures Astarion and then rapes him. In brief, it is what the title says

Astarion thought about the others. Without water, they would slowly die of thirst. And hunger would gnaw at them too.At the fifth sunset, Astarion's door opened. He remained seated and waited for instructions. The vampire didn't look up either. He knew which of his siblings was standing there. Cazador always instructed Petras to fetch him.

Astarion returns and Cazador remembers.
His pillow hears it all and Vellioth doesn’t, he hopes. Maybe this would be the only acceptable prayer, provided he continues to worship at Vellioth’s feet, sleep at the foot of Vellioth’s bed, and try to win some scrap of favor from the Martinet.
He is up before Vellioth and Vellioth is up before the rest of the house. The buttons of Vellioth’s doublet are familiar under his hands. He counts each one as he fastens it, finishing with the button at the top. The collar just covers Vellioth’s own two pin prick scars.
“Do not slouch, boy.”
Cazador tries to straighten. His spine feels pulled taught already, ramrod straight and frozen, a startled deer under Vellioth’s gaze. He tries to stretch it further, towards the heavens he will never reach.
Vellioth does not seem satisfied.
