Summary
**On Semi-Haitus due to COVID-19 (I work in an essential role and have significantly increased work hours right now to mitigate current issues - I will update as soon as I am able)**
Steve Rogers had not expected to survive, let alone be woken up 70 years after his sacrifice. He definitely hadn't expected to find out that he had surviving relatives. He also could never have predicted the freak accident that would leave him as his long lost cousin's only surviving relative.
Peter Parker barely had time to process what happened - the accident, the horrific injuries afflicting most of the survivors, and the awful, horrible, unrelenting sounds in the hospital - when he found out that his new guardian was his long lost cousin, Captain America. One favor from Tony Stark later and the two of them have a penthouse on top of the world as they try to learn how this new dynamic is going to work. It doesn't help that the accident at Oscorp wasn't what it seemed to be, or that Peter seems to be developing strange new abilities, but Steve fully intends to do whatever he can for his family. They're all each other has left, after all.

Summary
“What aboouuuut...” Steven paced around the room, peering up at all the different gems. Then one caught his eye. One that was different from all the others. “What about the blue one?” Garnet flinched. She didn't need to follow his finger through the garden of bubbles. There was only one blue bubble, after all.
“She was my-I mean...Sapphire's Pearl.”
“What happened to her?”
“It's...a very sad story.”

Summary
Magic isn't real. Magic. Isn't. Real. Kurt's fangs are fake, the girls most certainly cannot fly on wings made of wire and feathers, and the annoying 'witches' chasing after the New Directions most definitely aren't casting actual spells.
But no one is asleep, and no one is on drugs. So what else can explain why none of those facts are true anymore?

Summary
When Kurt comes across his mother's old video tapes, he decides to go ahead and play them by himself even though he knows he should probably wait for his dad. She spent the last two years of her life recording everything she could in order to help her men live without her and trying to make sure that her son could look back and know that his mom was proud of him, no matter what.
(Blaine and present-Burt enter later.)

Sometimes kisses are the first spark of true love. Sometimes they're the answer to loneliness. And sometimes they're just a freak accident between two groggy eighteen year olds.

It all started with a simple note, passed on to Kurt by an out-of-place Warbler that had snuck into his school on his lunch break.

Summary
"You ok?" Underneath that knowing adult-y gaze Finn felt his eyes dropping to his shoes. This definitely wasn't like with Mr. Shue. Mr. Shue was more like that cool older brother, he decided. Burt was most definitely a seasoned father used to calling people out on their bs. And not the least bit scared to do it either. Actually, Finn was kind of sure that this was probably where Kurt got his sass from. Not in the same form but there was definitely a resemblance. Kurt didn't take anyone's crap either.
"Yeah, I am...Better than I've ever been, actually. But...there's someone that I care about who's not doing so well. See, he's been having a hard time lately. I mean he always has a hard time but he's always been able to get through it because he's a lot tougher than he looks but I think...I think he's reaching his breaking point. I mean, this week he completely changed his style and started wearing overalls to school." He heard the car shut off and stepped back.

Summary
No one was going to argue that people who wrote music for the boybands of the 90s were lyrical geniuses. Or maybe they were. The verses weren't complex. They were straight to the point and they made sure the point got across.

Summary
Away back in season one of Glee, there was a time when a certain beloved gay character decided to attempt having a girlfriend. This is a short series further exploring the week that Kurt Hummel attempted to date one Brittany S. Pierce.
"Tap that. A girl had really just offered to let him tap that. Granted it was Brittany but in the grand scheme of things, she was what the school considered to be a hot girl and many boys wanted to be with her. Some had gone insanely out of their way to impress the girl - especially considering that they really just didn’t have to - just so they could have the opportunity to tap that. And she had come up to Kurt and offered. The other New Directions gave him wide berth as they left the room, but he didn't even notice as reached out to tap on Britt’s shoulder."

Summary
There were several times in Kurt's youth that he felt he had to lie about his sexuality, starting as young as five years old. Coming out his sophomore year might not have surprised anyone but it took a lot of personal growth to get to the point where he felt he could be himself. This fic documents several times when Kurt Hummel tried to convince people that he was, in fact, not gay.

Summary
“There’s something I need to tell you.”
“What’s that?” Blaine propped himself up on his elbows so they could fully look at each other. Kurt’s content smile turned into a concerned frown.
“It might...it might change the way you think of me, but I promise it doesn’t change anything for me. I love you. And every day you’re more and more special to me.”
“Blaine you’re worrying me.”

Summary
The first clue that something was wrong was seeing Kurt standing there, completely alone, staring off into the distance. His back was ramrod straight, his bad discarded on the ground. Burt pulled as close as he could get the car before getting out. Something told him he needed to get out. Kurt turned towards him when he shut the car door. That was when he saw the second clue: the teen's hair wasn't perfect.

Summary
This car was going to be a challenge. He knew that before he started. Figure out the check engine light? He was usually fairly good at that. Strange noises? Not so much. Because it was a bumpy sound and not a scraping or squeaking it was probably something that had gotten loose rather than worn drown breaks or something. Blaine made it worse. Here Kurt was trying to be an impressive hero and fix Blaine’s car the way Blaine was helping him put himself back together after everything Karofsky had done to his sense of safety and there was his dapper prince in shining armor waving his dashing hips around with no qualms whatsoever as he sang a very beautiful rendition of ‘You Can’t Stop the Beat.’
