Summary
Cosmo is a twenty eight year old man run down in life, living off ramen and working long hours at a warehouse. With nowhere to go in life, dragged down by the stressors of adult life, he finds himself one day kidnapped by a supernatural being called Peter. It just so happens that Peter is an ancient vampire looking to build his family out of the dying pieces of humanity like Cosmo; people with nowhere left to go, with no hopes or dreams, killing themselves slowly with work and no sleep. Peter “adopts” Cosmo, taking him back home to meet the family. Cosmo, unfortunately, does not settle well into his new life as a vampire baby.

Summary
The council must intervene if they want to save Marc Spector from Khonshu’s iron grip. Osiris steps in to take charge of the wounded avatar, taking it upon himself to nurse the mortal back to health. Unfortunately, Marc is not compliant. A battle of wills ensues.

Summary
After eons of being buried in a temple, not quite fallen but certainly not welcome back in Heaven, the angel has a stroke of luck in the form of a lost man of God stumbling right into his clutches. The piety in the man's spirit keeps the angel from draining him with abandon, and he offers some of his own lifeblood in return to express his gratitude. But once the man is young and healed again, his scent stirs a different instinctual hunger inside the angel. He had never taken a mate, had no cause to back in Heaven, but now all he wants is to take and claim.
That this human is the physical opposite of what he requires is of no consequence. Angelic blood can alter mortals for a reason. All there is left to do is to turn this promising creature into his perfect little mate.

A different, pornier take on why the angel chose to give his lifeblood to John Pruitt, based on my initial theory of where the show was going circa episode four: that John was going to fully metamorphose into another angel.
