As he's bleeding out in the ferns, he thinks he sees Saint Peter coming to get his soul, but it's actually Sir Park Gunwook, guard of the Palace, who's disobeying all orders by leaving his post to save a commoner. Hopefully, the knight, who's under an oath of celibacy, won't get too used to the way said commoner is looking at him. God only knows where that might lead him.

Zhang Hao truly has his hands full, juggling university in a foreign country by day and working a full-time gig as a phone sex hotline operator by night. The monotony of his lonely life has become tiresome, but fear not! For herein enters a new client named Hanbin Sung who possesses the capability to change just that.

Hanbin looked to where Hao was gazing. Ricky was sat in the long grass, smiling at their beta attendant. He was silent for a while before he spoke. “Are you not lucky too?”
“What do you mean?”
Hanbin did not look at him. “You must be happy to be betrothed to an alpha as fine as Jiwoong.”*
After the passing of their father, Hao receives the news that both he and his brother, Ricky, must be mated by the end of the year or they will lose their inheritance. The devastating revelation comes with the announcement that both omegas are already betrothed.

This part of the city is notoriously rife with crime, which is precisely how Matthew had ended up here. All it had taken was strolling past a few of the higher end stores, and he’d seen this guy, little more than a petty thief, sprinting out of a store and into this back alley.
Matthew had followed, because he's stupid and suicidal and also deeply, tragically gay.
And Superman is hot. Like, way too hot—inhumanly hot, which Matthew supposes he technically is. And, well, rescuing people in danger is his thing. So it logically follows that if Matthew is in danger, Superman will come rescue him.
Right?
Or: Matthew keeps putting himself in harm's way because he thinks Superman is really hot. His friend Gunwook has had enough.
