Summary
Before Doughael was named as such, before they were even the High Forkbearer, they found the Ancient Vanilla Kingdom up in the sky during travels to learn about their godly creators. While it was in disarray, they quickly became enamored with the tales and words of a cookie called Pure Vanilla, and while he is no longer alive, a book belonging to him may lead the way bring him back to the living.
Or I saw a theory where Doughael was the reason of how Pure Vanilla was alive and a good explanation on why they met Healer cookie in that flashback.

Summary
Unprofessional. This was highly unprofessional.
That was the thought Shadow Milk clung to like a life raft while her mouth was very, very busy being unprofessional against Pure Vanilla’s.
She had meant to demonstrate. A quick, controlled example. A practical illustration of “this is how you write it, you hopeless creature,” accompanied by maybe one (1) chaste kiss.
Instead, Pure Vanilla had her spread out beneath her on the bed, cardigan pushed up her arms, lips parted and flushed, and Shadow Milk’s sanity dangling by a thread.
Their mouths met again, and the world narrowed to the press and pull of it— Vanilla’s soft gasp, the way her fingers fisted in Shadow Milk’s ponytail, the slight, nervous hitch of breath right before she dared to kiss back harder.
Shadow Milk broke away first, because somebody had to.
“T-This,” she managed, voice wrecked and breathless, “this is how you should write it. Got it?"
“I’m still… unsure,” Pure Vanilla murmured in response, her lips brushed Shadow Milk’s cheek. “Mind if we try again?"
Shadow Milk made a noise that was definitely not a whimper and absolutely not a prayer.
God. Fucking. Damnit.

Summary
When Pure Vanilla comes back after the Dark Flour War, he doesn’t wind up on the outskirts of the Vanilla Kingdom with friends to help him as he regains his memories. Instead, he winds up in Beast Yeast, spending his days reading travelers’ fortunes and healing those who overestimated themselves.
Alone in a foreign continent, he winds up in the clutches of Shadow Milk, who has much more sinister plans for an amnesiac Ancient.
~~✧~~
Or, Pure Vanilla comes back as Fortune Teller rather than Healer, and Shadow Milk is all too eager to twist this opportunity and Pure Vanilla for his own gain.Bookmarked by scribblinspider

Summary
The Beltane Festival is celebrated every first full moon in May to mark the turning of spring into summer. Crops and cattle are blessed, flowers are strewn over every head, and harvest sacrifices are made to appease the Fae, the Aos Sí. The Maypole Dance is one of the most famous traditions. Opponents test who can dance the longest and win the blessings of the Fae. The local shepherd has participated many times, yet he has consistently failed to win.
One fateful Beltane morning, the Amadán Dorcha, the Dark Fool, demands for more than a harvest sacrifice. At the same time, the shepherd struggles to dance on a narrow ribbon between freedom and loneliness.

Summary
A booming, keening shriek pierced the air. It froze over.
Shamil’s head shot up. It wasn’t his own. It was loud and disturbed, echoing as if it shook the mountain itself. Pain became a background noise as a rare feeling of fear coiled tight in his chest. Weirdly enough, his SoulJam pulsed with fervor at the yell, as if calling back to it. It was warm, and vibrating happily, which it’s never done before.
Besides that, he didn’t know what the noise could’ve come from; can’t be a bear, they’re more deep-throated, couldn’t be a bird, their too small–
A bird. A harpy.
OR
Shamil is a poor con-artist who is unknowingly fated to be soulmates with Vanilla, a harpy.
