April burst out into uproarious laughter, her giggles so uncontrollable that the mutant that could only be Raphael had to ease up his grip on his sai. He just stared at her in confusion, as did the rest of his brothers, as April struggled to quiet her laughter.

Summary
Muriel forgets to mask their disappointment, letting out a sad “Aww…” Eric absolutely cannot leave Muriel like that so without thinking, his hand moves first and his thumb gently swipes at the corner of Muriel’s lip, as if trying to nudge a smile back on their face. “Cheer up, Muriel. I’ll be back tonight soon and we’ll go on…a dut?”
Muriel’s face warms at the minute contact but corrects Eric, “Date, I think is what Nina said.” Retracting his hand Eric nods, “Yeah that. We’ll do that next time, okay? Good luck thwarting me!” He goes down the steps and gives Muriel a little wave with the umbrella before disappearing with a quick miracle. There is a giddiness in Muriel’s actions, as they slowly close the door, lean against it before sliding down onto the floor in a puddle of feelings.
Or: Eric and Muriel go on their first date and they need help on prepping!

Summary
There were videos on the internet (Crowley had started saving them on his phone) where ducklings are crossing a road, or getting out of a pool, or walking through a garden - really any environment with an obstacle taller than five inches - and every duckling except one can jump up onto the curb. So the last one just mills about in the gutter, peeping sadly as its family gets further away. You always end up wishing someone would help them, even if it’s just to nudge that last duckling up onto the curb with the toe of a shoe. It’s too easy and too sad not to do it.
Muriel, despite being a powerful ethereal being older than the Earth itself, was like one of those ducklings. Their five-inch obstacle was human things.
Crowley teaches Muriel how to make tea.
