Summary
Damian doesn’t have a lot of soulmates. Father’s mark is faded, and although his mother’s is still as bright as it’s always been, he recognizes that there has been a shift in their relationship. His third soulmark, the one that had shocked him the most yet burns the brightest, connects him to Grayson. But Grayson has so many marks; Damian’s must be barely even a blip on his skin.

“Damian... Damian, are you with me?” he cradled the back of Damian’s head with one hand and, with the other, he gently pushed his shoulder to roll him onto his back. He scanned his body for injuries. He almost flinched back.
Instead of the usual grey colour on Damian’s chest he found red. Not blood. Red Kevlar. Green shoulders, uncovered arms and two green gloves tied together by some metallic, enormous handcuffs. Bruce’s eyes shot up to his face instantly, his stomach tightening. White lenses met his; white lenses surrounded by green, hidden under dark locks of hair, blinked back at him.
Tim.
Tim, his other Robin. It was Tim.
[In Bruce's defence, if your two sons practice vigilantism under the same name and wear the same haircut and similar costumes, there is no way you'll never mistake one for the other.]

Summary
Turning the inner eye and looking back, he’d been too young (too old in different ways) to understand. Too stubborn to fully accept what made a family. Even now - safe in his brother’s arms - he wasn’t ready to call him by the title he’d earned, the privilege Grayson had never strived for but deserved nonetheless. He would call him Grayson, call him Richard, yet in the same instance there was a hollow left in his heart where another word fit that he’d never get to speak.

Opening his eyes, he looked up into her face, felt her thoughts in his mind and he knew why he'd never heard a breath from her before this. "There are things you have kept hidden that will come to light if you follow this path, Dick Grayson. Are you prepared to face them?"
Dick bowed his head again, taking in a calming breath and pushing his thoughts out toward her. "I am. I would not be standing here if I were not."

Jason rolled his eyes, muttering something under his breath. He readjusted Tim a little, gently brushing away some dark hair from Tim’s face.
“There wasn’t exactly a shit tonne of baby assassins back in the League. In fact, there was only Damian. He’s not used to this kind of thing.”
“That’s no excuse for not sleeping through the night.”
“You’re acting like Damian’s the one who’s been magically puffed into a little kid. Well, littler than he is already. This is weird as hell, Bruce, all he knows about child rearing is how he himself was raised.”
