Sanemi hummed, and without another noise, reached down and picked Genya up to plop his younger brother on his shoulders.
Genya's nose wrinkled with a pout. Sanemi's silent, but effective point making his earlier words moot. His chin touched wild white hair and he sighed, letting Sanemi's hands grab his ankles as he strolled to the Sound Estate for the monthly Hashira-Get-Together that Uzui insisted upon.
"Meanie." Genya tugged on Sanemi's hair, just to soothe his own bruised ego.

Adorned in jewelry, intricately crafted by the best of the best because Sukuna believed that everything beautiful should never be worn by anyone before his son. Trailed bodyguards that blended easily into the school, the public, all so he could lead something of a crude imitation of a "real" life. His friends none the wiser of what Yuuji was accustomed to, what he was heir to.

"Job? Does his school let him have a part time job?" Megumi sits up a little straighter, his fingers no longer card through the fur of the tabby who makes a soft mrrp for his attention.
A very, very tight knot begins to tangle in Yuuji's chest. "Ah… no? Sukuna is out of school."
"College?" Nobara asks like this is a game of charades. Megumi's attention is getting colder, sharper.

Inhaling the scent of artificial soap with some silly name, the cologne Sukuna recently bought him. And the faint whiffs of honey and peaches. It's addicting, an addiction he would happily give his life to.
"You must've been a saint in your past life." Yuuji theorizes.

Summary
It is widely known that when one dies there is a crucial step that must happen before one can find peace and move on to the afterlife.
The deceased will find themselves in a place that holds significance to them. It may not be their favorite place, but rather, the place that defined and shaped them. A place that embedded itself into their very soul. There they will wait until they can meet face to face with the person whose life they changed most.
Once that person enters the space, a span of what humans experience as 24 hours, occurs- no more and no less.
It can be an enemy, a friend, a lover, a child. It cannot be someone who has already passed into the afterlife. The person who joins the deceased must always be someone alive; someone left behind to face the world without the deceased.
And to Gojo's complete surprise, it seems that the person he has impacted most is Fushiguro Megumi.
