There were three young men standing in front of a club.
One held a towel to his bleeding nose, periodically switching hands when his bruised knuckles started to hurt too much to hold the red and quickly disintegrating piece of paper. One was muttering in German under his breath, trying to type something into his phone. The last one was leaning against the wall, periodically trying to wrestle his phone away from a bouncer.

Strike team delta was off from another successful mission ... except that they were on a shitty boat in the middle of the Caribbean Sea with one wounded agent. Thankfully, a helicopter carrier from the US Navy is there to pick them up. Coulson is a badass who takes command of the situation without issue, but he is also an ex Navy officer, and he had not left in very good circumstances. The fact that the last SHIELD agent in their team is an ex marine does little to help.
Coulson struggles with his past in the Navy as it gets revealed...
