Maybe, in a way, it could be like a sick way of healing from the past, getting back at people who resembled what horrors she had already gone through. It wasn’t as if she hadn’t wished those people dead in the past, but she was still better than actually resorting to that option. If she was to be forced into this, she could at least try to see it in a way that would allow herself to come to peace with it.

Who are any of us really?
When seven years pass, everyone will have irreversibly changed. Or maybe, one never really changed, only his perception in the public eye.
The White Room is revealed, and eliminated. Ayanokoji Kiyotaka becomes a name that lives buried. A person whose name has been erased, yet lives on forever in the minds of every single person he has ever interacted with.
He lives a quiet life now, away from the gaze of the public, but not away from those trying to bury his existence. He doesn’t mind defying a few more men in suits to find what true freedom means to him. And to find this, he will return to the very place where he first discovered what freedom means. He was created to learn, and created to teach.
If only it was that simple. But, he will forever have the name Ayanokoji following him.
